<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>Heritage West Allis offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. All spacious floor plans come equipped with amenities such as wheelchair-accessible showers, WiFi, kitchenettes, private patios, and air conditioning. Some units are offered on a short-term basis. Ground-floor units may also be available.</p>
<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Heritage West Allis is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.</p>
