No independent contractors are used.<br><br>2) Screen each CAREGiver requiring a minimum of 6 references.<br><br>3) Perform criminal background checks using both state repository and court databases.<br><br>4) Train each CAREGiver with our industry leading 3-part training program.<br><br>5) Adhere to state and federal guidelines in employment practices, such as: withholding required taxes, providing workers’ compensation, bonding, general liability, and umbrella insurance.<br><br>6) Manage all CAREGiver payrolls, scheduling, and employee related matters.<br><br>7) Monitor CAREGiver services and make regular visits to the client’s home. <br><br>8) Reach our staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
