We are happy with Home Instead. I love [name removed] and my relationship with her and she passes that on to aides. [name removed] has been very accepting of all employees sent our way except he definitely had an aversion to male aides and it was addressed immediately. It's not perfect, scheduling has been an issue over time, but that is just the way that industry is, especially in the mountains. Sad to see some people go for whatever reasons.
