[name removed]was my mother's caregiver. She was a wonderful caregiver and person. Hope she knows how much we appreciate her. She always gave a 110%

They are absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend the home caregivers, they give me a break & make coping with his Parkinson's bearable!!!

My experience with Hope and Recovery has been wonderful. The caregivers are compassionate, skilled, and well-informed. Their reliability gives me peace of mind, knowing my mom is cared for with professionalism and kindness while I'm away at work.

About YOU Homecare were incredibly helpful and supportive when my husband came home from the hospital. Their kind caregivers, and especially [name removed]made it possible for him to spend his last weeks in the comfort of his own home. Without their assistance, I couldn't have provided the care that he needed.

We are happy with Home Instead. I love [name removed] and my relationship with her and she passes that on to aides. [name removed] has been very accepting of all employees sent our way except he definitely had an aversion to male aides and it was addressed immediately. It's not perfect, scheduling has been an issue over time, but that is just the way that industry is, especially in the mountains. Sad to see some people go for whatever reasons.

The folks at First Light were wonderful with my brother when he was recuperating from surgery. I have recommended them to others.

The caregivers are Empathetic. Very relatable to the family and client. I would recommend. A positive experience all around. As Mom's needs changed, so did Home Instead. Very accommodating.

They provided care for my Aunt. I would recommend to others.

Please accept a rate of five for all the listed categories. I needed immediate care for my sister and I C care stepped up and provided excellent care for her needs. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

The young lady we had as my aid was terrific! I also liked the person who answered the phone very much, helpful and down to earth.. The caregiver was extremely knowledgeable I helping me with whatever needed to be done for total hip replacement surgery! Exercises, Ice, BP, etc. she was a Nursing student..Liked her very much!

We did use Home Instead as a transitional option between home, rehab , and assisted living . Extremely helpful!! Would highly recommend, and may use again if needed!!
