Had service since March. Have 1 person, twice a week. We like him and his service very much. Been a few late starts but we're informed with valid reasons. Starting care - Talked with them, they sent a person for an interview the next day. Service started within a couple of days. They call if there is a problem and respond to emails promptly. The office people are friendly and the person we have is very friendly. Our caregiver gives great care. I tried a company that cost less but the service and care were subpar.

They provided aides for my sister. They were excellent caregivers

Home care 2 days per week assistance with adl's. Excellent caregivers.

I’m looking to have someone on a Sunday rotation once or twice a month, ideally 8 AM–1 PM, who really “gets” Mom — someone who can help her with breakfast, prepare her lunch before leaving, and do light housekeeping in the bathroom she uses. . Overall, we are very pleased — the care has been excellent, and Mom is comfortable, which means a great deal to us. The only small area for improvement would be responsiveness at times, just so we feel fully supported when something is needed.

We were very pleased with the short time we used them before my husbands passing. We had a 42 year old lady who was wonderful and would switch her hours if I needed her to for my husband. Her name was [name removed]

Five out of five for all categories. The services were a little bit expensive for what we needed, but it was worth it because of reliability. I live out of state and my father needed a patient sitter. They sent [name removed] who was a godsend. She watched over my dad and could speak for him when he could not, and she was able to communicate with me when I couldn't get in touch with the facility staff. Our need was unexpected and unusual, because we asked her to go into a rehab facility and a hospital setting. They could handle this and they had someone there within a few days. I really don't know what I would've done without them.

What we like the most about their services is that the customer service has been great. Attendance or on time and caring. Easy to work with. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

We only dealt with two. The first wasn't a good fit but the 2nd was great. I dealt directly with HI. They were great for us and I rated them 5. I'm not going to breakdown all that they did.

We only used the caregivers for a week, or so, they were very professional, kind and helped my mom when I couldn't be in town. My mom passed away back in July so we will no longer need any service/assistance, thank you

Consistency, prompt attention to my needs any time I reach out, and an extremely professional management team. They also have been fantastic getting care for me at the last minute, which I never expect but hope for. They have far exceeded my expectations.

I would rate 5 on all those listed items. I think the client should know if their caregiver is not available they have the option of being notified and they can say no. In my husband case the caregiver they sent was not a good match for him and language was a problem. Not negative however I needed to understand this. He was very up set and I reported if the primary caregiver was not available I did not want someone else I would arrange my own plans.

Every category would be a an excellent 5. This is the best care anyone could have. [name removed] always gets back to you promptly and is always so kind and helpful. The people who come to our home have been so supportive and professional. [name removed]is my husband's main caregiver and she treats him with such respect and dignity. She is excellent at what she does and thoroughly enjoys her visits and the good care she gives him. We have nothing but high praises for this company.

5. Attentive to the client needs. Periodic follow up call/visit from management to the home. They matched caregiver to client needs. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I loved this company and their responsiveness. This company works well with knowing as much about you and your loved one as possible not that they can accommodate everything g but you need to have a talk about as many variables as reasonable to expect. Set expectations about caregiver illness or weather issues - do you want a backup person to come or not. Be specific in the type of care you expect and the personality of your loved one they can only find The match if you are honest about them. Make sure if you want them at 8 and you want them to start at 8 that they should arrive early enough to be in your home ready to work at 8 not pulling into the driveway at 8 especially if you have to leave for work or an appt Let them know what your expectation is as well regarding how many days you want and if it will change in the future where you may need more They need to know so they can find someone willing to work less hours for a couple weeks and then increase or they need to let you know changes in hours may result in a new caregiver

The agency was very professional and the caregiver we were assigned, [name removed], was extremely pleasant and very caring in her work with my husband.

All of it 5. I found Caring Folks to be the best as far as flexibility. No minimum time I had to have some one here. No set days or times. I've had 2 different people and both liked working for [name removed], which shows when they are working for me.

Griswold was great, they did a fine job. I highly recommend them.

5 for all of t hem! They follow up consistently to see if you need help. The care was great.
