The service and consistency of caregivers was excellent. The agency definitely made it a point to understand what we needed for help and when we needed it.

All 5, The staff is confident and qualified and made us all feel at home and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care!

Gallina was wonderful to work with and she set up my mom's care plan efficiently and with wonderful staff. comes herself to assess the pt and needs and meet with family for their input. Pairs up staff based on patients likes and needs. Was able to get care started in a few days for 24/7 care needed for my mom. I was an RN myself and was very happy with the services.

I would say five for all of them because they did an excellent job and everything they done on all the things that you expressed up above. The care and treatment of my mother in law was great and they had high respect for us.

For all categories a 5. It was very easy to set up and discontinue. They seemed to understand that things can change fast with a sick family member. Their team was responsive and friendly

I would put a five in each category. The staff that I met were professional and warm and very competent. I'm a retired RN who had certification in geriatric care management and helped families find home care often. I would recommend Senior Helpers highly to anyone looking for trustworthy home care. You could add in there somewhere that [name removed] spent a great deal of time assuring that I would get the appropriate care following a painful surgery that left me unable to bath and dress easily for a few weeks. I definitely felt safe and well tended in their care.

I rate all of the areas a 5. While my husband was recovering, I needed someone to stay with him for short periods of time. I only used Superior services three or four times and I found their services met our needs very well. Getting started was easy and they were able to provide services each time except once. We were very pleased with the care and attention these ladies provided my husband. They are professional and caring. The value is exceptional for this type of care. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied the Home Helpers and the aide/helper we have weekly is wonderful. Our case worker [name removed] is responsive , caring& knows what she's doing , spoke to my mom directly and was very compassionate. Our side Ines is just wonderful. Kind , hard working & caring. Our family experience has been very good, my mom accepts the help because of the kindness and hard work of her aide, which has made this a great experience for entire family . We would very much recommend Home Helpers and our case manager [name removed]

In all categories , I would rate them a 5. I truly appreciated how flexible and responsive they were to my dad's needs. St. Jude sent us a home health care worker who was so capable, compassionate, and trustworthy. They also had the best pricing compared to other home health care agencies.

It has been great for me. What I like the most about their services is that they are always helpful and their kindness.

All 5's. Always call you if there a problem.. answers & returns calls promptly, always have fill ins if there is illness etc w/ usual aide .. Aides are knowledgeable and hard working..

5 for every category...great value, ease of schedule and adjusting schedule, initial consult with owner was awesome, ability to utilize shorter visits is great. Highly recommend!

They were top notch and super helpful. ACASA met with us to understand our needs, then worked with us to find care for my elderly father in law. They were fairly priced, professional, and always punctual. We appreciated the binder of notes after provided after each care session.

They were very responsive, accommodating and understanding of our needs.
