I cannot say enough good things about Koda Caregivers and [name removed]. They took care of my 90-year-old father and were so caring and patient. My father has early dementia as well as significant mobility problems. In addition, to taking wonderful care of him, they helped my mother with many daily activities to lessen her stress. My parents decided to move closer to us which is 400 miles away, so we had to leave the care of Koda last week. [name removed]was so nice that she even personally went to my parents' home and helped them pack when my mom sounded stressed on the phone. Koda Caregivers has provided respectful, compassionate and patient support in their caregiving. Our caregiver has provided exceptional care to my 98 year old mother who had a stroke and has dementia. She has assimilated in our family, earning our trust and confidence. Koda has been extremely flexible and responsive to our scheduling needs, as we often have many changes requiring additional support. These instances have sometimes required another caregiver, who have all been simply wonderful. Our family truly appreciates the care Koda has provided as we navigated this most difficult transition. I liked they were proactive; there was so much I was juggling that having them check in with me was so helpful; they also listened to my situation with my mom to try to think about solutions. Just having someone listen was amazing but then try to help with individualized suggestions and not generic options.

Care services has been very helpful and allowed my wife and I to continue living in our house despite numerous injuries and illnesses. Care services would have scored higher if we had started 24by7 caregivers earlier.

Home Matters has been assisting our 95year old Father for over a year. During that time we have had wonderful and helpful caregivers. They are able to assist him with errands and doctor appointments. They are all lovely. We highly recommend this company. In addition, their office and management staff are cheerful and helpful. They understand his needs.

. I really liked Home Instead and they made my life easy. What we liked the most about Home Instead is that they're flexibility and we ended up with a few care takers that my aunt enjoyed spending time with.

[name removed] has been a great caregiver for my mother for many, many years. I have found her very knowledgeable with the aging process and very sensitive to my mother‘s needs. She is also a good advocate for my mother in the facility when I am not there. She spends a lot of time with my mother, make sure she’s comfortable and feed her when she is there. I highly recommend [name removed] because she is genuinely like a part of my family.

We started with aides just a few hours a day for mom and had to escalate quickly to to live-in aides for both parents. Every aide that we have worked with has been caring, professional and reliable. Steadfast was super responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this agency.

Having Carters caregivers allows me to live the life I want being a senior and living alone.[name removed]goes above and beyond for me .She has no problem taking me to where I need to go .And is always there to give a helping hand.When I was in the rehabilitation center Brenda came there to take care of me also.She is a great caregiver.I hope to have her for a long time.

Home Instead provided great care for my 95 year old mother. Theresa and the office team are always available if I need anything. I highly recommend them. The caregivers are very professional. [name removed] is wonderful and feels like a member of my family.

My father was well cared for and the price was reasonable. The caregiver provided (Shawn) was beyond outstanding and my dad really loved his experience with her. She went beyond the call of duty and helped more in my father's physical therapy than the physical therapist.

Initially we didn't have consistency in who was sent. They were all lovely people, but it meant I had to review the needs and routine anew with every change. Now we have regulars, and I feel really comfortable if I need to walk out the door as soon as they arrive

Home instead was most helpful. They worked to find a good match to work with my brother. They were patient with him, and made sure he got to doctors' appointments . The caregiver was instrumental by informing their office that a wellness check was needed. I have no complaints about Home Instead.

Well my mom was diagnosed with cancer in her lung and she had two home caregiver she prepared her daughters so I take care of my mom and back to the end that's how I have my experience and she was sick for quite a long time and she passed so that's how my experience came about taking care of my mom for quite some time

[name removed]was one of our 24 hour aids. She was excellent at her job. She was friends with her charge, was excellent working with her charge , and always available to advise, help, and work, including nights. I would recommend her in her job. However, her personal hygiene was often a problem. She did not do housework except for her bathroom & the kitchen. The bathroom, when she left, had mold & mildew. This included shower & sink faucets and the toilet included. She used red dye(I assumed) on her hair & it all over the area. She also left red dye on the white furniture in her bedroom which I am working on. In the kitchen, she boiled meat & it often spilled over onto the stove. She seldom cleaned up afterwards. So her nursing skills were wonderful. But her hygiene wasn’t. Call me for more information.

We are very pleased with home instead if there's any issues they address them immediately they're flexible on the schedule if something comes up . usually [name removed] takes care of my father. We're very grateful for him. He takes good care of him and enjoys his company They just have been wonderful for my father.
