The overall experience was amazing, we never ended up using the service, however the enrollment counselor was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very informative. My mom was in and out of the hospital before we could implement a plan of care, then unfortunately passed away.

We had a wonderful caregiver for my mom. She was kind, engaging, and took great care of my mom. Cornerstone was very prompt in helping our family when we needed caregivers. We were so happy with the help they provided.

What we like the most about Home Helpers is just How helpful and friendly they are. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

Steadfast was easy to work with. I appreciated the quick responses and understanding in all matters. My mom was receiving hospice care at my home. [name removed] was an aide provided by them to help me with her care. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, compassionate, and qualified person. [name removed] was reliable and was early most of the time. I soon realized how thoughtful and caring she was with my mom. I would hear conversations she would have with her while getting her bathed and dressed for the day. She would tell her heartwarming stories about herself and her day even when mom could not always respond. The last week of her life I asked if she could be with me for 24 hours a day. She agreed. Her calm presence and attention to detail helped me through the most difficult time. I’ll never forget her.

Steadfast gave the best care and compassionate available that was humanly possible compared to other agencies that I've used over the years specifically [name removed] was a superstar—loving, caring, and treating my mom like her own. Her dedication was truly outstanding!

Senior solutions has worked well with me in meeting the client's needs. The administrative staff is friendly and easy to work with. The home care person we have, [name removed], is friendly, reliable and goes above and beyond to help the client.

Both my husband and myself love the 2 long term caregivers we have had. Not only do they take care of [name removed] they watch over me. If I look tired and I do a lot because of my health, they tell me "what do you want me to do around the house, now go take a nap. I have this.". I seem to be able to do the laundry but not always get it folded. The girl we have now, comes in, checks to see if [name removed] needs anything, then checks the washer and dryer. She washes the floor, cleans up the kitchen. Folds laundry, takes care of both of us, gets [name removed] lunch if he is hungry. Even brings my garbage cans into the garage before she leaves. She is up to doing any special project with me that I can not do by myself. Has helped put up Christmas Decorations. They are just great. They take the time that [name removed] needs. They don't rush him. I wanted to take [name removed] out for lunch on my birthday, but taking him out by myself can get rough. I took out caregiver Lillie with us. Treated her to lunch. She took care of [name removed]. Win win.

Communication. And the aides were all very gentle and kind.

SHS was there for us every step of the way. Worked with us on last minute schedule changes. They quickly reassigned a new care giver when one proved to not be a good fit. We had several care givers who showed genuine concern everything they were with mom. Since we moved mom into a memory care setting, we no longer had a need for SHS. But we have still stayed in touch with few of the caregivers. Pricing was a bit high but our confidence in there care was worth the expense!

They are superb! I have experienced several agencies - the good, the bad and the misleading. This Home Instead office is so valued that when we moved, we deliberately considered only homes in their service area. I cannot recommend them too highly!

Overall, I highly recommend them. They were very responsive and professional. They were there instantly and ready to provide great care for mom. They are honest with tracking hours and provide compassionate care. There were no minimum hour requirements. I hope this helps.

Acti Kare was an in home sitting service that I only needed for one week.

I was dealing with a lot emotionally. Surgery, my poor dear man suffering with me from a thousand miles away, I don't recall much much but I remember a lot of emotional support and just a safe feeling of support.

I visit my grandma every weekend. She goes to church in theater sings with choir and walks her dog around courtyard. She is very happy and 87!
