Ive been with this company for over 3 years not once did i ever have any issues with scheduling my caregivers where always timely i could leave the country for months and my parents and neighbors who also use the service were always taken good care of i have over 6 friends who have been with this company for quite sometime and we have never had not one issue am so disappointed in these outlandish negative made up remakes these ladies run a very successfully operating business i have no complaints better than the six companies inhad prior

We needed last minute coverage and they responded very fast! We got daily coverage started within 24 hours and the caregivers were exceptional! The office reacted to our needs quickly and with great empathy. We’d certainly suggest any of of friends and family to use them. Thank you so much Senior Helpers!

Every time I spoke with someone on the phone, staff were very kind and helpful. We did end up finding a place and it was very helpful during a time when we were very stressed about mom's health.

[name removed] always treats my father very respectfully and is very polite and friendly around my mother. He's also very dependable. As for other synergy staff, the office is great. They submit my insurance info like clockwork and have been so easy to work with whenever I had a question.

The staff were very qualified, they did a good job dealing with my mother who was very disoriented. They senior helpers were a light in a very dark time.

My senior is very good but not all of them are. It is very expensive for anyone on a budget. I would recommend it for those who can afford it.

Each person I worked with was very kind and helpful and supportive, including all the helpers that came and the staff that set things up. Usually had the same person for several weeks, then they needed different hours or something, then I would get a new person.

We have used Almar Home Care for almost a year now and have been very happy with the exceptional service that has been given to our Grandmommy. We are so thankful we have found someone who cares. We have gone through multiple providers and it feels nice to be able to rest knowing we are in good hands. Thank you for caring.

The 2nd Family Team provided support at a critical time for our dad. Led by [name removed]and [name removed], the RN, they responded to our needs immediately and worked with us to ensure we had strong CNA coverage. Their app is very easy to use and very helpful. I would highly recommend 2nd family and would work with them again.

The owner is fantastic and they have flexibility when providing services and great customer service! Highly recommend. I will definitely use them in a future, as I am responsible for helping aging family members

The young men that stayed overnight with my husband were outstanding caregivers: smart and no drama. Both exhibited the caring qualities that made a difficult situation (sleepless nights) somewhat easier for me. We also had an African woman (can't remember what country in Africa she came from) that was top quality; she was kind, compassionate, and smart, a lovely human being. There is no substitute for smart. We were most happy with First Light.

We've had the same aide for a year. I would recommend it. Our aide takes my husband to doctors appointments and the barber. She also does housework ( laundry, dishwasher, tidying and cleaning) and walks the dog. She comes 4 days per week and we have a regular Friday aide. It's been great!

I have used several companies for home care and Home Helpers is by far the best. This is the only company where the owner came to my home to introduce new caregivers. She makes sure the caregivers learn my routine and where everything is kept. Whenever a caregiver is unable to work a scheduled shift, they always make sure someone else fills in, even if that means the owner has to come to my home on a Sunday morning. The CNAs are friendly and knowledgeable, and I have recommended them to others.

Have been and still working with Affirmed. They supply aides for nighttime shift with my mother in law. All very polite and considerate. One or two have been a disappointment but everyone else is quite good. The nurse supervisor, [name removed], is terrific. We've been using them regularly for over two years.

All I can remember is that they were dependable most of the time. We only used them for 1 week. I would recommend their services to others who may be needing home care.

Home Instead was a lifesaver to me because I live in another state. They were always there when I needed them.

Workers bonded quickly w/Mom, went above & beyond. Offered to help & do tasks that were not on the list. Actually became more like a dear, longtime friend than someone "just doing their job." I have referred several people to your excellent organization several times & will continue to do so.

I have been very pleased for ONE YEAR with them. Request 48 hrs in advance is best as recommended. Hard to get someone last minute. But they are good and have found someone with a lot a calls on a short notice because needs do come up.
