Management is helpful with requests to change the day a care giver visits. Doctor's appointments and errands. Staff seems knowledgeable and attentive.

I would give Amada Senior Care nothing but high marks - all fives for every category. They were wonderful- great to Mom, very attentive. Great to me - very responsive and timely. The whole staff. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

[name removed] contacted me about Senior Helpers and what they could offer for my situation. They were very prompt in meeting next day and immediately started service which was great. Very thoughtful and thorough.

With the exception of one caregiver definitely being an Alpha female, the rest were so very kind to my Mother, treated her with respect and tried to engage her as much as possible (dementia involved). Made sure she ate nutritious meals, even got her interested in ice cream & daily outings in the neighborhood, pushing her in her wheelchair (from experience, that took some effort). Staff was very informative, logged meds, meals, activities, etc so that we could see what kind of day she'd had. Just so grateful for these people, wonderful to work with and a blessing to my Mom.

The process was extremely easy. It's like the company knew all what we needed to ask, so they provided information up front. Scheduling, costs, the Staff Member's schedule of who would come over, working inside the Online Portal etc. I always had someone who answered any calls and emails and texts. The Staff who came to my mom's place REALLY took great care of her and made her feel extremely comfortable, were patient with her, took care of her needs, were sensitive, did all that was needed for my mom, and made her laugh. We highly recommended Home Instead. I could go on, like they fed her when needed, bathroom and baths were tco, assuring the bathroom was warm enough, read to her, watched tv with her, helped her dress. Seriously, my mom got everything she needed and we were very grateful ! Thank you all!

This is in home care for us. The caregiver is very prompt, and has built a great rapport with his client. They find mutual interests to talk about as he assists with shaving, showering, dressing, moving around with walker, overseeing eating a meal, etc. staff is always easy to reach and great with communication on scheduling. We have a fixed routine and will just add to it as future needs arise

The caregiver is wonderful. My parents couldn't be happier. They are always on time. Very efficient never a problem. The staff and admin staff doesn't communicate sometimes but for the most part, they're wonderful too, and I would they are highly recommended. Grateful to have their service.

Unfortunately, my mother wasn't able to make it to a facility. However, the staff were very caring and professional. They were helpful and supportive while we decided what to do.

I could see then that she really cared About providing solutions for us. She not only cared for my dad but help alleviate stress for my family as she kept us updated on how he's doing. This organization sent very good folks to the home to help me. They were compassionate, caring and very, very patient and willing to change based on my schedule. I'd recommend this group to anyone. I would write them five in every single category. I love their follow up. I love the fact that [name removed] the owner is very knowledgeable and and helpful when she says she's going to do something she does. I also feel like they're people are more skilled.

My father is a veteran. I had no idea how to get him help. After speaking with [name removed] she helped me get him on multiple programs with the VA. He is now thriving. They help him get to all his appointments, grocery shopping, keeping his house clean, and cooking for him! They have taken such a load off of me. I dont have to take off work now for every appointment

I was having a hard time find a companion for my mom and I have so happy I met [name removed]. She was extremely well informed and find my mom an aid right away. I would definitely recommend them to someone that is new to the process.
