The past experience we had was super! We were very pleased with all of the care staff that were assigned for her needs. I would absolutely recommend them, they were wonderful!

Always feel free to reach out to [name removed] with as much info about the patient, the living situation, family members etc. so she can help provide the best care and caregiver. She is very open to suggestions and knows how to deal with complicated patient situations. She is also very discreet and only wants to provide the best care she can.

Everyone showed up on time and provided the overnight care that mom needed to prevent her from falling if she needed to get up in the night. It gave us the peace of mind we needed.

Senior Helpers get a 5 on each category. We had two women who shared 5 days doing 12 hour shifts. They did an excellent job. 24 hour care is possible for respite for caregivers. Light housework. Playing games, doing puzzles. Flexible schedule. Able to drive persons they are companioning.

This was my first time using this service and I was very happy with the care I received. Kind and helpful and efficient and I would use them again if needed it for my care.

can only speak from our experience with my mother's case manager and companion. Her companion is an extraordinary example of kindness and patience. Her case manager is always available to answer questions and she is prompt in doing so. Considering the cost is only $[removed] more than mom would pay for her insurance's companion service, it's a great value.

His caregiver, [name removed], was a past student of mine in 2 years of high school. She was wonderful with him. There really wasn't a lot for her to do, but she did some laundry and made lunch and started supper. She assisted with a shower. My husband has an artificial sphincter to release his urine. She could not assist with these n/c she wasn't a nurse. Our son was there to assist with that. He worked from our house while [name removed]was there. The cost was high, but I understand why. I asked for her one day the week previous to show her things. I only needed her for four days.

Communication and Responsiveness: 5 Megan and I communicated frequently via email and I always got responses back. 5. Friendliness: 5 very friendly and caring 6. Quality of Care: 4 The caregiver did the housecleaning but didn't seem to engage much with our mom. That could have been our mother's avoidance and refusal as well. 7. Value for Cost: 5 very reasonable compared to other agencies in the area. They also helped us by submitting insurance paperwork for reimbursement from my mom's indemnity policy. We unfortunately only used them for about 8-10 weeks before it became necessary for my mom to go to an assisted living facility.

They were an amazing team; always appeared professional, ready to start their duties for the day or evening. They communicated with me and when I had questions, [name removed] was always available. To me the rates were reasonable; I have already recommended them to other people.

This is the second time we used your company, especially after rehab to help me and my mother for getting her health back. It was very helpful to get her to doctor's appointments. The caretakers were very nice and the ones certified really knew what was needed. I would recommend you all to whoever needs help in care giving.

They are well trained. They are very reliable and are punctual. It was fairly simple to start care, we met with the case work and received the info we needed and gave them the information they needed. They are very responsive to answer any questions. The care provider's are very friendly. They are great at taking care of their patient with bathing, dressing, and with any thing that is needed. I feel it's well worth the cost for the service you get.

A quality facility that we would definitely use again. Staff was very professional.

Caregiver communicates with me about things my mom needs. Missed a few appointments, but always lets me know. Care started right away. As mentioned caregiver lets me know if she will be late, can't come, or thing my mom needs. Always patient and kind. Great care. Worth the reasonable price

My experience with Comfort Home Care is a 5 in every category. They are flexible and compassionate. Yes, we would recommend Custom Comfort Home Care to other families based on the experience so far.

I am living here and very happy! The best parts about living here are the wonderful people, beautiful environment and lots of activities!

Each visitor was prompt, friendly and very comfortable to discuss all our concerns. Wonderful individuals. The service offered flexible times for visits during the day, which was preferred since mornings can be difficult.

Reliability - Some are great 5, some are clueless 1. They have adjusted when we have complained. Some of the younger ones were pretty bad but they switched them out. The main one we have for Dad is beyond amazing and worth every penny.
