Very positive and comfortable.
I have made good friends and find many opportunities to help those who need assistance. The staff is friendly and positive. The food is good with a variety of offerings
Apartments are comfortable. Maintenance is excellent. Activities are plentiful, but participation could be better. The executive director is available and quite helpful. The life enrichment team provide activities for residents in Memory Care. The outdoor surroundings are well cared for and there are areas for walking or sitting outside.

Elegant atmosphere. Professional staff. The food is appetizing and tasty. Smells fresh and looks well-kept. The residents are friendly with each other. other. Many activities are engaging and fun. My parent seems well cared for.

Happy with our choice
I would give 5 on all of them. It is an excellent facility. Except for a few exceptions my moms stay went very well. They do an excellent job of communicating and comforting the residents in the memory care village. Food is quite good and they have regular visiting entertainers. They did a good job of distributing prescribed medication. Every resident was encouraged to be involved with activities.

Memory Care Unit Is Wonderful!
So pleased with the memory care unit for the care of my family member. The memory care director is amazing and caring, and my billing questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly by the property administrator. The staff take great pride in what they do to make the residents' lives better!

Amazing place to be!
The community as a whole is beautiful! Recent renovations and leadership change has given this place a new life! Residents, staff, and loved ones operate as a family, there always something fun and exciting to do on the daily here. Very caring staff and amazing atmosphere. Definitely one of the best communities in Avon.

Our experience so far with IV of Avon
Our experiences with the staff have been good. My mother-in-law has settled in well. Things work best if you stay involved and help the staff manage care.
Areas for improvement:
Returning phone calls and answering questions. Follow-up could be better.
Giving all the info needed at once so that things could get done the first try.

Lots of good things
I've noticed a big difference in my Uncle since moving in. Although he is still not as social as I would like he is participating in some things. He loves the music and going to the common room to watch TV with the others. They have taken great care of him. I would recommend it.

The staff is wonderful! They really seem to care for the residents. I haven't been really impressed with housekeeping, but part of that is my mom not wanting them to come do it. Every meal I've had there I have really liked. My kids even enjoy eating there. I would recommend it to others.
