I spent a fair amount of time in the facility with my husband. Time and again I witnessed staff responding to challenging situations with calmness and gentleness. Multiple times I heard staff members say they viewed residents as family, and they backed up those words with their actions. The only negative I observed was the quality of some of the food. However, staff who served meals were as kind and caring as the rest of the staff. Dining rooms were attractive and clean, like the rest of the facility.
