Forever grateful for the love and attention they showed my dad.

Absolutely wonderful place, small, perfect staff, home environment. Varied sizes of rooms offered. Not many amenities but my dad didn't need any. He loved living in the country setting. Not a locked facility, liked walking the circular driveway.

Wonderfully Welcoming Atmosphere

I would rate them all 5 except for the food. I would rate the food a 4. I grew up eating Turkish food and I think getting used to an institutional American diet would take some time. The food was designed to meet a variety of dietary needs, and as such, it was great. There are 5 staff available to tend to the residents during the day and three on duty overnight. The director and manager are on 24-hr call. Everyone is very vigilant and relatives are contacted immediately should the need arise. Staff are all very compassionate and genuinely care for the residents. There is an activities director and residents are encouraged to participate in all activities. Relatives are encouraged to participate as much as they would like, too. There is a welcoming family atmosphere. For holidays and special occasions (like the Olympics), they have special activities and encourage everyone to participate. I loved the place so much, I continue to volunteer two afternoons a week to help with activities. Hopefully, my children will find such a nice place for me when the time comes.

Fantastic Loving, Supportive Environment for Seniors

Mother loves the care and attention she gets on a daily basis. It is a small facility with a fantastic staff to resident ratio. Everyone in the facility is very kind and compassionate. She went from being incredibly angry with me to calling Lavender Springs "home " in a very short time. Mother is a non-native English speaker and occasionally lapses into her native language, but everybody handles these situations with great diplomacy. I found the perfect place for her. She absolutely loves playing games with the other residents. It's a fantastic place. If she needs medical care, there is always a doctor on call.
