<p>Residents can choose from a variety of floor plan options, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. All units are wheelchair-accessible and include a quaint kitchenette area for your personal convenience. Select floor plans include a private patio as well.</p>
<p>For those living in memory care, you can choose between a private studio or a studio-deluxe apartment to share with a roommate. All units are cozy and comfortable, allowing you to feel at ease. You’re also encouraged to bring small personal items, like family photos or a favorite quilt, to help make your living space feel a little more like home.</p>

<p>Manzanita Village is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as <em>assisted living facilities</em> and <em>board and care facilities</em>.
