The staff have been great. It seems the residents are clicky. The staff have not followed through with some promises such as two hours of time to help with move it tasks like hanging pictures etc. The food is ok. I would have liked to see a little more attention to the psycho-social aspect of this move by helping my recently widowed dad integrate a bit more with the community. It short, folks just aren't very friendly.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful even with the smallest questions. Dining room is very elegant , tables with white tablecloths and weekly fresh flowers. Menu is more than adequate with lunch and dinner daily specials . Kitchen staff is more than accommodating to most desires a person has . Many daily activities. Nice swimming pool and adequate exercise room. I have to add that the apartments a person has to see to appreciate the elegance and comfort.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The move-in process was very easy and seamless. Most of the meals are well received, but there are a few that he has complained about. However, he is able to make his own food in his room. I would recommend the facility to others.

Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, beautiful facility surrounded by trees and a nature walk, dining room has white linen table clothes and fresh cut flowers daily, swimming pool, salon and a bistro that always has fresh fruit and ice cream bars coffee and teas, exercise room, large beautiful full kitchen apartments, maintenance is always fast if needed, live music to entertain residents and their guests, beautiful library, happy hour every Wednesday, weekly trips to nearby stores provided to residents, bingo, games puzzles and cards. Clubs to join if you like. Small store for necessities. Wonderful loving care for their residents and a friendly staff. Cost was better than many other facilities we looked at.

I have already recommended the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one is thrilled with the meals. There is a monthly menu for the residents to choose from, plus a side menu for the resident to choose from as well. There are large portions and fresh fruit for the residents to take advantage of. There is an ice cream cooler full of treats for the residents as well. The community was able to give us a locked-in rate for two years. There is a monthly activities calendar for the residents and families to reference. There are lots of activities to participate in. There is transportation for the residents to use to go to the store once a week. Exercise, clubs, entertainment, a pool, games, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents. I haven't seen my loved one thrive so much before here. There are lots of residents that have been there for a long time. The grounds are wonderful and next to a nature preserve. It feels like you are walking into a hotel. The Executive Director gets to know each resident personally, and the staff are wonderful, caring, and thoughtful. The maintenance team are quick to respond to requests made by the residents. Each new resident gets a personal welcome party that they can welcome up to 12 or 14 guests, and they provide the meal and beverages. They have fresh flowers that the resident or guests can take home after the welcome party. The community makes it a festive occasion each holiday that includes brunches for the family and resident.

The staff at Miramont Pointe were very accommodating during move in. They were also very flexible with our target move in date. Everything has been going well so far. The rooms are spacious compared to other places I've seen.

We did a virtual tour with the community. It was very nice and the staff was friendly, they answered all of our questions and tried to make the virtual tour as good as it can be. The community did fit our needs due to the pricing

Lovely facility with various levels of care for residents. Assisted care was rather small (14 units) but studio and 1 bedroom sizes and layouts were good. Nursing care available and could take up to Stage 2 wound care--could not take dad if he's on wound vac however. Independent living areas were very nice although studios were a little on the small size. Loved their tag system in the residential area for keeping track of resident activity. Having a nurse rotation on site is a real plus. The downside is that this facility does not have a Medicaid spend down contract.

My Mom has lived at Miramont Pointe for about 4 months now as an independent resident. She is very happy, loves the food, loves the care, loves the services, loves the staff, loves the community. We are very happy with her choice to move there.

We toured here, and I loved it. The community is absolutely gorgeous, and I loved that they had a pool, and everyone there seemed really friendly. I knew, though, that they community was way too big for my loved one, and I knew that the setting would just not be right for him, even though I loved it.

This facility has been better than other places. The food is unfortunately the exact same at every facility. We have hotdogs for lunch then hotdogs and beans for dinner. The quality of the food is horrible. As for the rest of it, they try the best they can do. It’s better than most but they’re all awful.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going for her. She is always saying how great the staff are how they much time they take to make sure everyone is comfortable in there living environment. The meal selection the chef prepares is amazing and my mom is enjoying participating in there fun activity program. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would recommend it to anyone.

While we were searching for a community, we toured Miramont Pointe. We had a good tour, the people there were friendly and informative. The facility itself was very clean and in good shape, but we found another place that for my loved one's needs a little better.

I am very pleased with how things are going for my parents at this community so far. My husband and I got to visit and have dinner with them once a week and we are never disappointed. The food they serve are restaurant quality and I am always impressed with our dinning experience. They like the activities they offer especially the exercise and paint classes they attend twice a week. The staff also makes sure to take them on different field trips throughout the month to make sure they can get out. Overall I have no complains and can not say enough great things about this place.

I like the care at this community. The staff is very nice and caring. The community was clean and taken care of. The staff was not able to place her in the care unit as they informed me when she moved in. They were able to accommodate me. This is very nice community that does offer great care and a good value.

I have been very pleased with how friendly and welcoming all of the staff have been to my mother since she made the move into this community. She has had no complaints about the food and seems to be enjoying the company of the other residents as well as activities. I also like how clean and well maintained the property stays.

The community is great and they provide awesome care to my loved one. My loved one just got into the community and I was worried about the transition, but there was no need because the staff has been great at helping my loved one adjust. The community also offers flexible hours for dining so that my loved one does not have to eat when they are not hungry. My loved one also loves the outings that the community offers so they can get outside of the community.
