I’m very happy to have selected Mountain Park for my Family member. I had a great impression on the Tour and it has held true over a month after moving my family member in. The Team and residents are so friendly and welcoming. My family member has been dealing with depression and disconnection and Mountain Park has been perfect for helping him. We moved our 90 year old widowed mother from out-of-state so that she would be closer to us. She had a lot of trepidation about leaving her home town for a new location but has been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Several times a day she will comment about how friendly everyone (staff and residents) is at Mountain Park. The setting is in a quiet location and she is sleeping well. The chef and dining staff met with us to figure out some ways to accommodate her dietary restrictions and she is eating well. Mountain Park Senior Living is a beautifully maintained care home with many activities and amenities to suit any residents' interests. My brother, myself, and most importantly, our mom, have been very happy with our choice!

I brought my now 90 y/o Dad from TX to AZ in [date removed], so we are approaching 2 yrs in 2025. I have been very happy with MPSL. The staff has been great in both caring for him and helping me navigate senior/parent care. The folks there are very caring and tentative to his needs. He started on the independent living side but has since transferred to the assisted side. There is no way I could care for Dad's needs the way MPSL does. From bringing him meals if and when needed to managing his meds, to watching him 24/7 as things draw to a close. I researched a number of facilities in the valley area and believe that I found one of the best ones available. Thank you MPSL.

From our first visit to Mountain Park the staff and residents have been wonderful to my mother and myself. The staff was quick to know my moms name even before she officially moved in and they frequently greet me by name when I arrive. My mom loves sharing photos from her past with the staff and they always have time for her to share some memories. It is clear to me that my mom enjoys the staff as I see her light up when she sees certain individuals and has been quick to get up in the dining room to give a hug to her favorite servers. There is always an element of a leap of faith in choosing a place for ones parent to live, but all of my experiences have involved the friendly and welcoming feeling of this home. Every time I discuss Mountain Park with members of the community, it's always noted that it's a great place, or people have heard great things about it. I feel good about my choice, and I frequently enjoy visiting my mom and having a cup of their coffee in the bistro.

I had such a good feeling about Mountain Park. Since losing my dad I had been worried about my mom. They had been married 60 years and now she was spending most of her time alone in their big house and seemed sad and lonely. I toured multiple facilities in hopes that I could entice her to move somewhere she wouldn't be so alone. The bright, cheerful, vibrant "vibe" of Mountain Park is evident as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is friendly, helpful and genuine. The residents are active and curious and engaged. Mom has been living at Mountain Park for almost a year and she is as happy as I have seen her. She doesn't have a lot of time for me these days which is wonderful - she is constantly finding new and fun activities with her friends. It is such a relief for me to know that she is safe and happy. I would recommend Mountain Park without reservation. [name removed]

My mom has been at Mountain Park little over 1 year and she loves it. She has made a lot of friends and speaks highly of the staff. Their meals are always on time and plenty of it. Everyday they have activities and transportation to other places. We looked at other retirement homes but chose Mountain Park with no regrets. Their staff is always there to answer any question or concerns we may have.

Although the process was slowed down due to several client issues needing resolution, the staff (name removed) was always in the loop with us. She's too wonderful for words. The move-in went smoothly and the staff is wonderful and very responsive.

My mom lived in an Independent Living Apartment for 1 1/2 years before needed to move to Assisted Living. She loves living here, the employees are very friendly and caring, the residents are warm and welcoming. She’s gone on outing with other residents, enjoys making crafts and loves the live entertainment. She’s always telling me that she did a new activity or had a meal with someone new. She loves her home.

There has been core employees who are excellent and constant but like all care facilities there is turn over. There has been an almost complete turn over of the activities staff. Overall, the variety and number of activities is still higher than other facilities.

I hope you would also consider doing a survey with the residents as they are the best judge of what you are asking. I haven't eaten there and therefore, I don't have an opinion of the food. I don't participate in activities - once again, the residents are the best judge. Just my 2 cents!

The one thing I noticed throughout this community is the Sunshine illumination via the windows. This gave this facility a bright cheerful atmosphere. Also the staff and residents were friendly and full of life. This is a very clean community which offers plenty amenities. Brenda was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions honestly. She followed up to see how the family was doing as well. Unfortunately, there is a wait list; which actually says a lot about this community.

My family and loved one had a great experience with Mountain Park. The staff are attentive in their care and support of your loved one. The residents and staff are friendly. There are activities to engage the residents with socialization and the meals are provided as well. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I liked that it was closer to central Phoenix but there were two things I didn't like 1) the sales lady spent more time talking about the community instead of trying to find out what my Moms needs were and 2) It smelled like a urine filled nursing home. And that was in an independent living side. The smell was horrible. I was afraid of what the assisted or memory care section smelled like.

I have now had 2 visits, have decided on an apartment and am very much looking forward to my time at Mountain Park. I was VERY impressed with the staff, the obvious comrade of the staff and residents. And......many of the residents took time on their own initiative to tell me how much they liked living there. I am ready for the adventure and making new friends.
