<p>New Horizons at Marlborough is an <em>assisted living residence</em>, which in the state of Massachusetts is a residence that provides housing and personal care to residents. Personal care includes assistance with activities of daily living, self-administered medication management, and supervision. An assisted living residence can provide skilled nursing care or special care to residents with cognitive impairments as long as they meet the proper requirements.</p>
