What began as a small business has grown into an organization that spans several states along the East Coast of the United States. We’re dedicated to helping seniors with activities of daily living by connecting them with non-medical home care services. Our experienced team of caregivers helps families feel at ease knowing their loved one is in good hands.</p>

<p>Caregivers with Options for Senior America assist with various activities of daily living to help your loved one live as independently as possible. Services include light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the client’s bathroom), kitchen maintenance, cleanup after meals, and other tasks per the client’s request. They can also assist with personal laundry, medication reminders, and meal planning and preparation.</p>

<p>At Options for Senior America, the safety of your loved one is our top priority. To make sure we have a readily available pool of quality caregivers, we assess all caregiver applicants through a screening process involving a face-to-face interview with a senior staff member. We review the applicant’s qualifications then evaluate their skills and interpersonal attributes. Applicants are also required to take a competency test which determines their level of knowledge, and they must provide a minimum of two relevant references which are thoroughly checked. Finally, we conduct a criminal background check on each candidate before considering them ready for client assignments.</p>
