Overall a nice community
It's very clean, there are no underlying bad smells, the residents all seem to be very clean and dressed nicely. I am not there for meals or any activities, so I can't say much about those.

I have had a wonderful experience at the cottages. At Palm Springs, my partner has had wonderful care. And the food is fabulous. I have joined a community that is welcoming and wonderful to be a part of They treat me like family. I would recommend this community highly

Horrible Experience at Pacifica Senior Living – Our Worst Nightmare Come True We entrusted Pacifica Senior Living with the care of our beloved mother, and it turned into a heartbreaking tragedy. Please read this before making any decisions about this facility: • Rapid decline in just 11 days: Our mom lost 10 pounds in only 11 days. • Paid for Level 4 care – received less than minimal:We paid top-tier for full support—bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, etc.—and staff treated her as if she needed no assistance at all. • Completely understaffed: Only one staff memberfor 15 memory care residents. Staff themselves admitted they were overwhelmed. • Uncaring and unresponsive management: Despite multiple calls and messages, no one returned our calls—including the Executive Director ( [name removed] ), Resident Services Director ( [name removed] ), Office Manager ( [name removed] ), and Sales Director ( [name removed] ). • Family did more than the staff: In 10 days, our family visited 8 times, bathed he

Absolutely worst care for Memory Senior Living. Please do more research before considering this facility. Patients left alone for hours, not given showers, food is deplorable and very understaffed. My Family member went in Healthy and left 10 days later in an ambulance due to a fall. Not discovered for hours. She lost 10 pounds in 10 days. We got her home and could never get her back to Health. I recently stopped in to visit a friend at Pacifica Senior Community in Palm Springs. Also, I am looking for senior living for a friend. The community is bright, friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this community to anyone who is thinking about a senior living community for a friend or loved one.

Found all staff members pleasant to deal with. Informative, encouraging and very supportive during a very emotional time having to place a loved one in their care. Facility is pleasant and surroundings inviting. Very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them.

Moving a loved one to memory care is emotional for both the patient and the family. Compassion on the part of the facility is so important and the staff here doesn't lack for that.

There is always someone available to talk with. I think the staff just need to make sure they go around to each room and help them to the activity. It's important for them to be led there as sometimes they are left behind in their room or say they don't want to go when in fact, they may just be scared to try something new

Two of mom's rings were stolen while she was at this facility, the air conditioning in community areas (not patient rooms) has been out for months! I only found about about this when I spoke with the staff there who continue to tell me that they're "aware and looking into it." When Mom was sent out via ambulance (twice) they sent her without her glasses, nor her current meds lost. The meals are nothing spectacular. The majority of times I have been there, residents are walking the hallways doing laps alone, or watching tv while staff members are on their phones. This place could be worse

I had little time to find a place for mom. I looked online & found 2 places in her area. The 1st was a complete dump.We immediately said "NO WAY". We never found the 2nd place. I called A Place for Mom. The person on the phone was helpful & asked questions about what I was looking for. He texted me 2 in Palm Springs. I checked them online. The 1st was like a hotel, I wasn't interested. The second, Pacifica. was everything I wanted for mom. It had 6 separate cottages, very homey & comfortable and a fireplace, 15 apts w/full bathrooms in each, a dining area, w/full kitchen & laundry room. There were areas in front & back for outdoor seating. The grounds were secured w/iron fencing locked at night for security, spacious, w/grass, trees & bushes were kept up nicely. All staff were very nice. Balanced meals included (very bland not appitizing). I felt this needed attention. Lots of activities daily. Overall, I was very happy w/Pacifica. If mom couldn't go home, this was the next best place

My wife is in memory care at Pacifica. Since moving there, she has adjusted and is part of the community. I appreciate the facility offering a small scale setting as well as a larger community. The caregivers and staff are so supportive and kind to both my wife and I. The grounds are a real plus since we walk daily. It’s a perfect fit for our situation.

My brother and I spent quite a bit of time visiting assisted-living places. Unfortunately, we had to place our mom in temporary respite care, before we had the opportunity to find Pacifica. Once we did, however, we quickly remedied the situation, and had mom lovingly transferred to Pacifica Senior Living. In their memory care to be specific. We couldn’t be happier with the warm welcome of everyone that works there. From day one, our dealings with their sales team was awesome. Instead of following a script, they were more concerned with finding a solution for our needs, that makes sense to everyone. They made the process seem easy and handled everything with big smiles. The grounds are lovely, the cottages are warm and comfortable and Mom seems to be hitting it off with everyone. The biggest take away for me is that they go above and beyond and it’s very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your loved ones.

I visit Pacifica frequently and I am welcomed with such unique employees. Residents look happy and presentable. Food needs some improvement, I’ll be very honest. Med techs are great employees and housekeeping is on it. Overall I would rate Palm Springs five star and recommend to others seeking assisted living. It’s a feel good's spot.
