Feels like home when you arrive!

This place has been great for my brother! He has lots of activities to do during the day and shopping is very close. Also Sutter Pace picks up directly from here as well. The manager [name removed] and Maintenance Maintenance Manager [name removed] are outstanding, as are the rest of the Maintenance people-[name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. I always see them working every time I come to visit and they are always cheerful; they keep the community so Beautiful- the grounds are spectacular! The landscape is gorgeous! If we ask for a service request for my brother's home, they respond and repair speedily. They help with directions and resources for things too. I do wish that they would send some more help for the Manager in the office, she's alone a lot there and I see her working late hours, but I'm sure they are working on it. The weekly Bingo is also super fun too! I will be moving here as soon as my home sells as well. The referral resident program is wonderful when you are in a fixed income!

Renewed outside no inside

This is a pretty place outside. That is all! Nearby places like Walmart, Costco, and a small shopping center with a no-too-distant storage unit company. Inside the STUDIOS, not apartments, is a different story. They are very outdated. Old fridge, no dishwasher, small living area, and they penny pinch you about every amenity. Because everything is old they get deteriorated fast. Maintenance has the worse attitude, except for just one man named [name removed]. My biggest issue is the parking. The administration just kicked the can and promised to distribute parking for residents, which was false. They force you to wait for covered parking and charge you $25 per month to park in the same place you are already renting.
