Would recommend and will hire again

The staff did a great job taking care of my mother. They worked with my schedule easily. They were on time too.

Treated with respect and care.

Staff were very friendly and treated my mother with a lot of respect and care. They helped her enjoy her time with them with games and conversation, which was a great relief to my mother. She thought all of the helpers did a great job. [name removed] at senior helpers was especially nice during the signup process.

We use home care services for my loved one through Senior Helpers of the Triangle and the overall experience has been very good. My loved one's needs are being met. I would recommend this agency to others, based on our experience.

Soul Searchers

Senior Helpers is very professional. Their mindset is very good regarding ethnicity and diversity. They take the time to make sure there's a comfortable match for their seniors. I feel comfortable with them to coming into my home, they visit about 4 days a week. We instantaneously connected with a caregiver and did not have to go through multiple people to find one we liked. They offer transportation to appointments and stores; they take care of everything from the time they enter, to when they leave & we take back over. I would recommend their service to others.

They like television

Look further. I do not recommend this company for your loved one. I did not like the way that my loved one was cared for. I also had issues where sometimes they would not show up as scheduled.

Poor service for everything

Charges for evaluations for what most agencies provide for free. I have free visits offered to be reinbursed by a non profit but I was treated so poorly by Senior Helpers that I have not scheduled any visits. They want exact dates in advance for all visits rather than when I need them. They said I was not profitable so I was treated with disrespect by owner.

Working well so far

We're very pleased with the Senior Helpers service so far. They've been able to take care of all of the care needs that I hired them for, and they have been reliable and on-time.
