Spectrum Foot Care - Not worth it
In Home Foot Care - I recently set up a foot care appointment for my in-laws. My in-laws were very disappointed with the service. I had asked for details on what would be provided & that is not what was provided. No foot soak, very little treatment of corns/calluses, no foot massage. Not worth the cost. $62 per person

This hasn't really worked out as planned.
This hasn't really worked out as planned. The girl is friendly, and I like her, but she is not able to do one of the main functions we needed. We are still seeing if this will work out or not.

Costly but good
My sister and I have just begun the journey of home care and/or assisted living with our mom but so far Seniors for Seniors and Spectrum Care have been with us every step of the way. Their people have honest, real life experiences and can relate and even commiserate with our situation which really helps with this process. There have been a few blips and mis-communications, but nothing that couldn't easily be resolved and so overall we're satisfied. Unfortunately our Government agencies have been less than helpful so we turned to Spectrum and yes, it can be expensive, (the talking and planning is free, it's the services for mom that can get pricey), but there is no price too high when ensuring the safety and security of a loved one. I would recommend them to anyone, and especially Karen [removed] in Hamilton. Wow, she's right there when you need her!
