Sterling Care was one of the AFs that A Place for Mom suggested. All of the staff I’ve encountered there are incredibly nice and respectful and my Dad confirms this. Even the other residents are all very nice. He really likes the food there and has even started eating dinners in their dining room. He was very confused and weak when he first entered and the staff helped him get back on his feet and recover from his illness. The only negative is that the overall response time when the call button is pushed could be improved, especially at nighttime, but they eventually come to help. We are relieved he is in a caring place with assistance. The place is very clean and Every staff I met where kind and compassionate. I was on my way from California and they had someone sit with my Dad so he would not be alone as he crossed over to a better place.
