When I researched care places, no one ever mentioned that some residents have full time aides contracted from an outside agency. My loved one had a fall after moving in, and The Greens recommended we hire a full time aide. So we are paying tens of thousands per month, on top of what we pay The Greens, which is frustrating. And currently out of 30 total residents, I understand that about 10 have full time aides. That's something I wish I had known about when looking for care. The Greens itself ahs been very good, but the added cost of having to have a full time aide has been considerable.
