It's like paying for room and board at a low cost motel while paying a rate you would expect to pay at a 4 star or 5 star resort. In her head she thinks she has that power and that they'll come back later, but they don't. It's a learning process, but they've been there for a year and a half and we are figuring things out. Overall it's been a good place; they're feeding them and they're safe. My mom has fallen a couple of times and they responded very quickly.
