Unacceptable facility and no transfer

My family member arrived with his transfer noted from the hospital on Tuesday. He was promised that no later than Thursday his transfer would be completed. Allow me to share the individuals that were given to us to process his transfer. First the social worker, 2nd the coordinator, 3rd the administrator, 4th the doctor. On Friday we were promised the doctor submitted and we would have an answer by 12 noon. When 2:30 no answer and no one answering the phone. The patient requested the paperwork to sign out of the facility. The facility is unacceptable, the condition my family member was faced with, without being advise was bad. Three people in a room, plus at least three to six people using the bathroom in their room. They were required to knock on the bathroom door to make sure they could enter. Their room was called a ward and a community room per the employees of Eastland/Redwood. The furniture is also outdated. Please do not send your family there. Also no physical Therapy.

My tour review

This community was just not the right place for my loved one and they just did not offer enough for my loved one. This felt more like a nursing home and my father wanted socialization.
