We opened August of 2020! The Lodge offers residents independent living on a monthly-rental basis. That means no large entrance fee and complicated contracts. We have a one-time only community services fee which the equivalent of 2 months rent and residents simply make a one-year commitment to stay at The Lodge and then live at the community month-to-month after that. Apartments at The Lodge range from studio/standard to two-bedroom and all have balconies or patios, full kitchens with stainless appliances and granite counters, open concept floor plans, full-size washer and dryer, and more. Some apartments even boast beautiful sunrooms. <br> <br>Residents live at The Lodge independently and enjoy a variety of services and amenities included in their monthly rent, such as:<br>- Basic utilities – electricity, heat, hot water, trash, sewer, a/c, phone line (cable/wifi -additional)<br>- Multiple dining options with a $300 stipend to use towards meals each month <br>- Weekly housekeeping and linen service<br>- Full-time concierge to schedule appointments, coordinate dry cleaning, accept packages, etc.<br>- Maintenance on-site 24/7<br>- Fitness Director which keeps the activities calendar full and fun!<br>- Access to exceptional amenities like indoor/outdoor pool, fitness room, full-service salon and spa, movie theater, and pub lounge along with all the activities the clubhouse offers.<br> <br>Beebe Hospital has a wellness center right on site: Healthcare INSIDE The Lodge at Truitt Homestead: Beebe Wellness Suite is staffed by a Wellness Coordinator who will assist with making appointments, scheduling tests, and streamlining Wellness Coordination for Truitt Homestead residents. Inside this Beebe Wellness Suit there is a physicians office so appointments can be had right there in a private medical office setting inside The Lodge, as well as Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. There is also access to both skilled and non-skilled Home Care services if needed.
