Not enough care staff with medical qualifications.

They did not have enough staffing for care services. Evening patient supervision was minimal. Not enough care staff with medical qualifications. If you had even 40 residents at $[removed] a month, I believe you can get at least one RN. With more quality help.

Wonderful Tour!

While searching for a senior living community for my parent, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents' well-being. The facility itself is beautiful clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the shared areas like the dining room, library, and garden patios were all inviting and comfortable. One thing that really stood out to me was the vibrant community atmosphere. Residents were participating in group activities, chatting with each other, and seemed happy and engaged. The activity calendar was full of interesting and diverse options—from fitness classes to arts and crafts to day trips. I also appreciated the focus on health and safety. The staff explained their on-site medical support and wellness programs clearly, which gave me peace of mind. I would recommend.

Awesome Environment

My tour experience was great. I was looking for a location that was closer. I am really happy with the community. They are all very friendly. The staff members are wonderful, with all of the residents, and how they take care of them. I can voice my opinion, and if I have an issue with something, I can always speak up, and they address any concerns. I like the activiites, that they have for the residents. I would recommend to other families.

Very happy with my choice

I would give them above 5 if I could, we are extremely pleased with Cedar Ranch at Westover Hills. I visit every week and they are always doing something with the residents activity wise. I have eaten here as well and the meals are very good. The staff is wonderful and my friend is really happy here and that is all that matters. You cannot beat this place, it is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for memory care.

Great Place for a Loved One

The facility has been perfect for my family member. They take care of her and make sure she's getting down to eat on time. They take care of her room, her clothes, her bedding. Just recently with the food, they had a change for the better. It was good before, but lately it has been fantastic. They offer a lot of activities. I just think they're doing a super job. And I would recommend them to anyone.

Caring

We entrusted our oved one with this facility. I live close by and could show up without notice and observe quite a bit. I did not find anything wrong with the facility at all. Their medical staff seemed to be administering medication properly. And their overall staff were great.

Very Grateful for Their Help

They helped me out at the worst time of my life. My wife was only there for [dates removed]. She got very sick before passing away. But they helped me through all of that. The food was good. The activities were there for the residents. Overall they provided good, affordable care.

Tour of Cedar Ranch

We had a virtual tour with Cedar Ranch and felt they did a great job. Everything we saw looked good and seemed like it would be a nice fit, we just clicked with another facility more.

A safe place for my dad.

The staff communicates well with me regarding my dad. The room is nice and large. The cleanliness and overall environment is nice, and the courtyards are nice. They could improve a little on activities, maybe provide more variety and more encouragement to residents to participate. But for the price and the size of the room compared to other places, it's affordable for us.

My Review of Cedar Ranch at Westover Hills

The community was nice, it was just over our budget and this was the downfall. In addition this community was in Texas and our loved one wanted to stay in Florida.
