Tuscany at McCormick greatly exceeded our expectations
5's all the way. It's expensive but they treat their residents very well. My mom loves it there.
The staff bend over backwards to make the living experience great.
Rooms are very nice and they do so many activities Daily it's really amazing. I was worried that mom would be bored but their activity manager is excellent.

Great Place!

Far Better Than We Could Have Hoped For
Tuscany is phenomenal and I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. All the staff are wonderful. They are kinds and caring. The food is fantastic and my loved one is loving all the activities offered.
The staff communication with the family has been outstanding. They are true professionals here.

Glad We Moved Here
This is an excellent community and experience for me. Overall attitude of everyone here has made it an excellent experience for me. This is a smaller community.
The meals are from very good to excellent. The meals served are lunch and dinner. There are minimal activities outdoor due to it being a smaller community on smaller grounds. The staff communication is excellent.
There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment.

I was not impressed by Tuscany at McCormick Ranch. When I asked what their covid policy was their response was that covid was behind us and that they were moving forward. This is a very vulnerable age group and my loved one passed away from covid so this response really bothered me. That was the reason we did not move forward with Tuscany.

A nice place to live! Strong points: residents are delightful. They are friendly, inclusive, fun and smart. Staff are always pleasant, kind, and caring and anxious to help. The units are extra large and very nice. Activities are plentiful, interesting.
Downside: 1. slow to provide maintenance. 2. Food is marginal and undependable communication by leadership is moderate.

Tuscany is a relatively small community- 57 apartments and 16 villas. that is one of the prime reasons it is such a great community. Almost everyone knows everyone else, it is very friendly. Newcomers are welcomed and gathered in. Doctors and the hospital are conveniently nearby. Grocery shopping is literally just down the street. And there are a lot of small restaurants around. We've had some challenges with food in the past but the new chef has fixed that. So, I can honestly tell you that having lived here for over 5 years that we picked the right place. It's great for independent living.

Tuscany is a wonderful place to live! It has a warm- welcoming-homey feeling! The facility is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is remarkable! HAHA :) - Happiness, Activities, Health and Adventures
The community is undergoing some remodeling, and the staff members are outstanding we have never seen anything like it. The community just hired a new chef and workers and so far it has been really good. The activities are slowly coming back and the activities director is fantastic, she is amazing. Everything just worked out perfectly, it has a very welcoming and warm feeling to it. I am so happy here and i know other residents are to.
