Poor upkeep. "Beyond shabby" was my brother's opinion. No one at the front desk to facilitate tour.

The place smelled like smoke from the first step into the building. It wasn't very clean. The entire house smelled like smoke. Three people were sharing one room with one bathroom. Didn't like the place at all. Not giving it even one star rating.

A nice looking community.

I liked this community when we visited. The people we met were nice and the community was clean. This is an old victorian mansion and if there would have been a first floor apartment available we would have chosen this place. Since they do not offer an elevator mom would not have been able to have a room on the upper level.

Not impressed

We toured this community and overall I just was not impressed by what I saw here. The place just felt dark and depressing, and the staff we observed on the tour seemed unprofessional. It was very inexpensive, and might be an option if price is your main concern, but it just was not somewhere I would feel comfortable placing my loved one.
