Great Care Would recommend to anyone !!

Would give 10 stars if I could. [name removed] cared for my husband - he was not an easy patient. They were kind and understanding not only with him but also with the rest of the family. I felt that we were working as a team to solve problems that came up which was comforting for me., Really cannot thank them enough for all the care that they took for my husband and family.

Good care, until Hospice...

I would rate this as high as others, but unfortunately when my father went into Hospice, the care wasn't there. Dad wanted ice in his drinking water and was refused. We were told, if he gets ice in his drink, "he'd want it all the time"...this while in hospice.

afforable

We had to move mom from one of the big institutions. The owner of The Villa Rosa was very helpful and was willing to work with us financially. Mom is very happy and enjoys the atmosphere of the home.

Amazing experience

I love the staff, they worked with me every step of the way. Every time I visit my mother, she is always saying how safe and comfortable she feels. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Just like home. ....?

This place makes you feel right at home. The staff was wonderful with my Dad. They had wonderful meals for him. Can't say enough about the care here. I would recommend it highly.

impressed

They are very caring and really watch out for my mom. It's been a bit of an adjustment, which is to be expected. I really don't have anything I can think of for where they could improve. I have been impressed with the care mom is receiving for the money.

excellent job

My wife has not been there at The Villa Rosa that long, but thus far it has been a good experience. From what I have seen, the lady that owns and runs the place does an excellent job.

really happy overall

Of the few times that I have been able to visit mom, there was only one assistant there, who was not a nurse. I do wish there would have been a certified nurse there or on call more often. Overall I was really happy with the facility at The Villa Rosa.
