All of these facilities are at max capacity and I know the staff does the best they can for the amount of residents they have in memory care. Over all I'm pleased with there efforts in memory care facility side.

The Staff is very friendly. This facility currently does not have a nurse on site but was told they are working on it. The nurse they had quit 2 months ago. This facility is currently, in my opinion and also that of the employees, highly understaffed. There are only 2 people in an 8 hour shift to help 20-25 people. They are running themselves ragged. I've let the director of the facility know this.

All 5 except care and food. For our family personally, reduction in care staff has meant longer wait time. So 3. With food, Vista is currently in transition and what is on menu isn't always what is served. Run out or didn't have at all. However, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My experience with my mom at Vista has been wonderful. I feel the care is excellent. I have had no worries or concerns in the 6 months she has been there. She loves the people. The food is top notch. I have eaten there multiple times myself and always thought it was delicious. The gardens are lovely as well. And they offer lots of activities and will schedule new activities that the residents prefer should they voice it.

They cared. While my husband was in hospice, only 8 days, family was coming in from different states and they welcomed them and all his friends. Each day they cleaned and had a dinks snack cart. I was proud of the beautiful place place for family and friends to come to. I was able to spend the nights holding his hand and when he passed they helped clean him up and held me till my bestie came and family. We all we so fortunate for the support of staff even though they cut down on ADAs and they had to work harder caring for more clients then when we first started.

Some of the caregivers deserve a strong 5. Others deserve maybe a 3 or 4. Overall, I feel the staff is stretched too thin, and mom does not get the personal attention she needs. But maybe that's the way it is in all care homes. Mom's food is pureed, doctor's orders. She can't feed herself, so the staff feeds her. Some do that better than others. Mom can't do any activities. She just sits in front of a TV. I've seen activities in the Assisted Living section; live music, games. But Mom's in Memory Care. There are fewer activities here, but mom can't do anything anyway. VHR raised the rate nearly 10% before our contract allowed for a rate increase. Recently, VHR raised rates by about another 10%. It. It was a good value initially, but I'm not so sure anymore.

The director was very helpful with the questions I had for my Mom and her husband. Once a decision was made, She also made the tour experience pleasant for my Mom. Extra compassion and empathy was needed and it was provided. The facility is homey and inviting with its furnishings and colors.

When we came to visit we noticed right away just how clean the community was, and that our loved ones clothes were all clean and put away. We would definitely recommend this community to others the staff that work there are very hard working and very loving. They have been able to manage our loved ones medication which is great. Our loved one is a fall risk and if and whenever our loved one does fall they call us immediately. When we first moved our loved one in the meals were fantastic they were phenomenal but now they have gone through a few different chefs so the food is kind of a hit or miss. They do have an activities calendar but with still some covid restriction's we just aren't sure exactly what all is happening.

This has been a very positive, happy, and clean place for my loved one. The staff are very helpful in answering the family's questions, and have responded quickly with answers. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have snacks available as well. Card games, baking, exercise classes, karaoke, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

We had trouble in the beginning with the proper medications being given or lack ther of. All has been sorted out. Staff has been patient with my grandmother as she is in me.ory care and have adapted to her needs.

My overall review of our community and our executive director [name removed] is above excellent along with the staff. I cannot say enough about the incredible staff. The activities director is exceptional always thinking up new activities for us. [name removed] being there for us, housekeeping immaculate, and Dinning is awesome. I get most of my information from my cousin who visits more often but it seems that our loved one is very happy here and we could not be more pleased. The staff members are helpful, friendly and informative. They are great with communication and always call us right away if something happens. Personally I think this is one of the best in the county. We feel so blessed and thankful and we would recommend them to others looking.
