Just What We Were Looking For
This is a lovely property with gorgeous grounds. I believe there isn't enough staff due to COVID. The family has to follow up on requests to make sure these are taken care of for our loved one.
The grounds are secure for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. There is one meal day provided by the community and there were choices for the residents.
There is a full kitchen in the apartment for the residents to utilize, and they had washers and dryers in the room. There is also a communal laundry area for the residents to use.

Our Choice
My wife and I moved here because everything was on one level, it was close to her family and they had a fitness center. She died shortly thereafter and I decided it was the place for me since it had all levels of care, a beautiful location, friendly employees and lots of entertainment. Over time I learned all was true and I was very lucky to be here. My sons live far away and they do not have to worry about me. Making friends is easy since we are all nearly the same age with common backgrounds. I am very fortunate to be here.

No Longer Alone
This is a big scary world, and I was alone and at the age that I knew I would someday need help. I came here often over the years and looked at the various choices for residence. One day I saw the one I wanted, jumped for it and so, here I am. I can get help whenever I need it, but at the same time be independent, I have made many new and wonderful friends and have many choices of activities and--I am happy. Services are usually on target and the employees are courteous and friendly and helpful.I love my home, my .community and my life. I am happy.

WWJC did an excellent job getting us through the pandemic. They also excelled at management of evacuation for Hurricane Ian.

Top notch continuous care facility
Westminster Woods on Julington Creek is truly a five star experience. Even with the constraints of COVID19 restrictions, the team here keeps us informed and most importantly safe! All deliveries are centralized so random exposures are minimized. The maintenance crew is top notch and ever happy to help. Activities are resuming in controlled waves. We moved into an independent living villa, which was beautifully refurbished. The grounds are lovely, folks are friendly and Westminster manifests its motto: “Live well. Be happy.”

Great medical care services
My father stayed at the rehab facility at Westminster Woods, In JC a year ago. It had top notch medical and support services as well as a friendly staff. The facility was very clean. I would highly recommend their health care services.

Very Happy
We are very happy with Westminster Woods so far. I love the community feel to the place and the fact that every one is very friendly. The staff is very helpful, the food is delicious, and the place is clean. My mother is also really enjoying being a part of the Choir, but I think that the big selling point Is her apartment. My mother has a lovely little garden apartment on the first floor of the community with a sliding glass door that opens out into the courtyard. She is able to have her plants and her dog here as well. I really feel that this is the best place for her. I'd recommend it.

Great place. Apartments in Magnolia are very spacious. The only hesitation is access to VA,care. Left a 2000 deposit with [Removed] for a unit in the future.

It’s a good place
My husband and l have lived in Westminster woods on julington creek, for 7 weeks now. We have settled in met some really nice and friendly people and staff. Have no complaints so far and we were here for the hurricane, floods, winds and rain. Still happy to be here. Thank you.

Nice older community
Westminister is older but very nice. My mother did not choose it because it is spread out and she needed something that was in one building because she cannot see very well. I think this is a good option for seniors that do not have vision impairments or issues with mobility.
