The Executive Director did straighten this out for us and eventually everything leveled off. My Dad has since come to really enjoy his apartment and the staff at Winslow Court. The activities are good, although since COVID there are not any field trips out of the facility. They recently got a hairdresser on site which is a huge plus, and they do have a meal planning committee to help change up the food choices. There has been a couple of rent increases over the past year due to inflation we have to pay. Also staffing shortages can be an issue, but I noticed they do try very hard to fill the positions quickly. My mom is a picky eater, but she always mentions how much she likes the food. They offer a good variety of activities, they seem to have something going on all the time.
