My father spent the last month of his life at the home and was treated very well. The couple operating the facility were very attentive and compassionate. Both my mother and I felt very lucky to have found this home. It was particularly good for my mother, who is not very mobile, as it was only a few miles from her home, had easy and safe parking, and was in a quiet neighborhood.

They were really good w my aunt and very communicative of her needs

It is a welcoming and warm home for Mom and Dad the staff there is very friendly and kind whenever I visit my mom I always leave with a smile on my face thank you for taking care of my mom

I like these care homes because they are smaller and the care is more personalized. The staff are wonderful. I did not see the food but the menu looked great - it seems like they cook all homecooked meals. The owner has about 5 facilities and she has been great to work with and super nice and helpful. It is an excellent place and I would recommend Lake Chabot Care Home to others looking.

Our loved one is doing well. She is happy. The care seems to be excellent. Our loved on doesn't complain about anything here.

I have no comments at this time. We hope that our family will not have to use a home care facility. It is certainly not a pleasant experience for anyone. I know that we do not have a choose but to care for our family member (s).

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff's caring attitude is wonderful. This is a residential care home. Livermore Care only allows 6 residents in the home at a time. The staff to residents ratio was great.

Unfriendly staff. No activities. Located on steep hill unsafe for elderly that are mobile. I didn't see much good quality food. Everything processed and fried. Dinner could be leftover lunch that was left to sit out. They should never accept dementia patients.

My loved one was previously a resident at Lake Chabot Care Home. Our experience was not a good one. The caregivers are unprofessional and some are not very friendly. The food quality is poor. There are no activities. This is not a 24 hour facility.
