AMC Private Care

We are so happy that Mom has been staying at AMC Private Care these last few years. The owner and staff provide a wonderful loving environment. The health and safety of the clients are always a priority. Mom loves the bingo days and relaxing on the deck or watching her favorite sports. As a family we are confident that Mom is receiving the best care possible.

My mom has been at AMC Private Care for a little over a year now and I couldn't imagine a better place for her. They are so caring and understanding. They truly care about the people that live there and are wonderful with them. My mom is always happy when we see her, and the caregivers are as well. I would highly recommend AMC Private Care for anyone that needs a caring home for their parents.

My family loved AMC Private Care with [name removed] and staff. It was a blessing to have our mother there. Our mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s, spent 5 years at AMC and was well taken care of the entire time. Not only did [name removed] and staff take loving care of our mother but they were warm and caring for our father too! He visited our mom three times a week until he was 91. [name removed] always offered him and all of us coffee and cookies when visiting. She made birthday and anniversary cakes to celebrate special occasions and welcomed the entire family. Not only is it a loving home but the home is very clean. [name removed] treated us like family and we felt the same. She is a very special person and so is her staff. I highly recommend AMC Private Care in Renton!

My mom moved into AMC Private Care after a fall and a hospital stay. She had begun to lose her speech while at another adult home, but completely stopped communicating while in the hospital. From the day she arrived at AMC the loving attention, and warm and friendly environment made her perk up and begin to communicate. Even though she has few words that can be understood generally, she is interacting with people and is truly happy. We have been so impressed with the entire care team there and their kindness, gentleness and the love they have for the residents. It is a beautiful and restful environment and they always have activities and do a great job of communicating with family members with pictures and updates as well. Our mother is truly happy and we enjoy visiting her and being with all the residents.

AMC Private Care has been home to Mom since [date removed]. My mother was in a rehab facility after her hospital stay due to a fall & UTI. The owner of AMC made a special visit to the Rehab facility to meet my mom when I was looking for a private home care. The Owner and staff welcomed my Mom into their loving family. My mom has made physical improvements ...using a walker with supervision to her meals and the bathroom. Mom's catheter was removed 7 months after moving in to AMC Private care Liquid intake and balanced meals with snacks are scheduled consistently as well as games, arts and crafts along with music time. All Holidays and Birthdays are celebrated and families are encouraged to visit...4 legged family members are welcome. The Owner and Staff are loving professionals who deeply care about the residents and extended families.

My Mom has been here for 3 years now, and doing well. The staff is caring and efficient. I visit most days, and the home is always clean and the mood is cheerful. They are attentive to Mom's health and needs.

We have had an excellent experience with [name removed] and AMC Private Care. We placed our mom there just over 18 months ago. Initially she was VERY reluctant to go into any type of senior facility. When we initially visited the home we observed [name removed] working with another, just arrived, senior who had the same mind set and were very impressed with the way Marcela was helping her adapt to the life change. Based mostly on that experience we placed our mom there and have had a similar result. After initially being very reluctant to make the move, [name removed] helped our mom make the transition smoothly for both our mom and us. Over the last 18 months she has continued to provide excellent care, in a well managed facility. Our mom is currently quite happy there and is enjoying a much higher quality of life then she would have otherwise enjoyed.
