Audrey's Adult Care Home I

If there's something they don't have, they'll find it for you. They want to make sure the residents are comfortable and happy. They also keep you very well informed about how your loved one is doing, if they need any type of medical care, if they simply want chocolate cake, whatever the need might be at the time. The staff are all really nice, including the woman in charge. They have a person there who speaks Spanish, which is really good, especially with dementia kicking in more and more. I would like to see a few more activities for residents who are lower functioning, but I can understand how that's a challenge.

I checked my mother into Audrey's Adult Care home on [date removed]. The staff was unbelievable and absolutely fabulous. available help 24 hrs. 7 days a week for any due time when she would arrive. when sent any concerns immediate response and twice between arrival and when she passed i was notified immediately on her condition. she was clean, dry, and changed at all times and I was able to go there to celebrate her birthday with cake for all. I was allowed to come on Sunday's to shower her. Clean towels were supplied for showers. Hospice came in and moved many things around the the home and staff were so accepting and accommodation to every change. The administrator of the home had suggestions and care to prevent breakdown of skin.

We moved my father here from one of the large assisted living facilities. He and my mother had lived at the large facility with tons of activities and people for six weeks when she contracted the neurovirus and passed. Audreys was the perfect place for him because it’s more like living with a family. It’s not a constant change in caretakers as it is in a super large facility. You know who your loved one is with at all times. The people at Audreys genuinely care about the people in their homes. My dad lived there for 4 1/2 years. He thrived much longer under Audrey’s care than the large facility. My dad always said how much he loved his room and how much he loved living there. He and his room were always clean and well-kept.

I had my friend at Audrey’s for a short period of time but the owner of the house and the live-in caregivers did a very good job keeping my friend comfortable. The place is clean, the food is homemade and delicious and the residents do look well taking care of and content. I will definitely recommend the place.

My mother did have a surgery and from the rehab center she was discharge to Audrey's. We initially placed my mom there for a short period of time planning to take her back to her apartment. After a month spend in this place she adjusted so well that we decided to make the move permanent. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the place is very clean and the food is delicious. We really felt at Audrey's like home.

Audrey's Care home was very nice I felt that it had to many resident

It was a beautiful home but did not feel like this could be the place.

Originally we went to another location owned by the same people but they didn't have any openings so they told us about this place. I wasn't too impressed with it. There was only one guy working there and he wasn't very clean. The people were just sitting around. The guys was the only person working there which meant he was responsible for all 6 or 7 people. They whole thing just put us off. It wasn't nice on inside or the outside.

I had an appointment to visit this home and when I arrived, I called from outside because I was early. The man who answered barely understood english and barely spoke english. He also knew nothing about my scheduled visit and was extremely rude. I can't believe anyone puts a family member here.

I did have my mother in this group home for 8 years. The owners are very nice and caring people that really care about their residents and treat them like family. The house is very clean and the food is delicious. For our family this was a very good experience. I will recommend this home from the bottom of my heart.

I went to visit a resident at this care home. The man working there, who speaks in very broken English, started yelling at me and the person I brought to visit a resident. This rude man yelled at us and for a moment I felt very unsafe. The residents are just sitting around. The smell is horrible. The resident we came to visit was laying in bed in soiled diapers and asking we remove them. I would NEVER put anyone in this environment !!

I went to this home to visit a resident. The man working there, who spoke broken English started yelling at my guest. I spoke up and told him not to yell at her and then he proceeded to yell at me. I have never been treated so rudely before. The resident we visited begged for me to take him out of there. All the people were sitting around and one person was laying in a bed that was soiled. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE !!!
