Classic Home Care really helped my family. We needed home care services for our father in such short notice. [Name removed] and his office staff got it done. They are the best.

We have been using Classic Home Care since 2016. They have allowed me peace of mind as I live far away. They have helped my parents with just about everything (cooking, cleaning, errands and personal care). Their caregiver ([name removed]) is an Angel. She treats them with respect and has become a member of the family. I would recommend Classic Home Care to anyone thinking about home care assistance.

Classic Home Care (CHC) was always responsive to my mother’s needs and cared for my mother as though she was a part of their family. Within a week of hiring Classic Home Care, [name removed] found someone to take care of mom. Mom’s companions were just so caring and patient with my mom. CHC was always on time arriving at the house, dependable, and most of all always had my mother’s care and safety as their #1 priority. When my mother was admitted to the hospital, someone was there to keep her company. My mother has passed on now, but I want to thank CHC for making my mother’s finally days comforting and peaceful.

My family member is using an aid by Classic Home Care for some time now. We are very pleased with their service. Very professional and caring people that don't hesitate to walk the extra many miles to please the elderly person and to accommodate and coordinate with family members. Thank goodness for Classic Home Care. [Name removed] and his team was there for me when I needed help immediately as my Mom was being discharged from a rehab center. They mobilized immediately (within 4 hrs) and have been with us for the past 6 months. The caregivers have been wonderful. The first time I spoke with [name removed] and described my concerns regarding my 85 year old Mother, he immediately set a course of action to assist us with her needs. He met with my Mother and I along with the Caregiver, [name removed]. Mom was very nervous at first, but [name removed] was very friendly and loving towards my Mother and she felt calm and comfortable in [name removed]'s company. This is the first time I have experienced dementia in a loved one and [name removed] provided comfort to me also, along with some helpful suggestions which would make my Mother more comfortable. Finally, a company that does what they say. We have gone through a few companies and were promised things that they could not deliver. Classic Home Care has provided excellent caregivers that have made life easier for both myself and my parents. The office is responsive, billing is straight forward and they provide a great value. We recommend them to anyone who is in the market for home care assistance.

Our first experience with classic home care is an excellent one. We couldn’t ask for a better home health aide!. Both the placement administration and the aid they matched us with are spot on. Our care giver is compassionate while extremely knowledgeable with all thinks medical. I have used Classic Home Care for years with three different seniors. They are awesome to work with and are eager to make sure you have the very best person working with your family. At times we had to switch out an aide and they did this readily with a great attitude. I highly recommend them!

My father-in-law just started needing care and we weren’t entirely sure if we wanted a facility or in home care. We wanted to introduce this to him slowly and he didn’t want a nurse originally, so our Senior Advisor, [Removed], really wanted to figure out a personalized plan and seemed to understand our needs. He recommended Classic Home Care and it’s a work in progress but I’m very happy with what they’ve been doing for us. The care has been what we’ve expected. This time in Dad’s life is not easy to predict and it’s something that has to be individualized; it’s been really helpful and for me, they’re doing what they need to be doing. The nurse gives feedback, she’s receptive, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, and the fact that she reaches out to me makes me think that she’s doing a good job. She cooks healthy options for Dad, buys him groceries, does the laundry, and helps him bathe. She keeps things clean within the scope of her duties. She seems really secure about what she’s doing. My husband and I live in a different state so I’m not there to watch everything, but I think they’re doing a good job. I think the rate is very reasonable for all the things that the nurse does for Dad, and I would absolutely recommend them.

It was a good experience with the caregiver and the agency. The caregiver didn't know my husband smoked but she was nice. She prepared his meals and she followed him to Wal-Mart when he wanted to get some air. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This agency was so amazing from the 1st meeting. I got to meet the supervisor and the future caretaker, as a family we came to an agreement with all that was needed-even my housekeeper was included! The staff are professional, prompt, and very understanding of my mom's needs and wants. The caretaker prepared meals, washed, cleans, and also spoke spanish. I would recommend the agency because they were able to help my family the next, as needed.
