Comfort Keepers is a great place filed with great people. Lots of smiling faces. Everyone is a joy to be around.

Comfort Keepers has many wonderful people. The office staff was kind, responsive, flexible, and especially accommodating after I concluded service. Thinking I would no longer need assistance, I soon realized I desperately needed more, and they quickly aided me. A lovely young lady conducted the pre-service evaluation in a professional, interactive, and caring way. She also unhesitatingly jumped into the care process when needed. Three of my caregivers particularly sparkled. They reliably reminded me to take my meds, prepared meals for me, and kept my kitchen and bath tidy. One of them lovingly fussed at me to put away my laptop (my face was “plastered” to it, playing) and get some sleep. Another was very proactive - instead of waiting for me to ask, she probed whether I would like this and that (such as breakfast). When I did ask her to find something, she had no trouble doing so. Yet another actually asked me to give her work to do! All were cheerful and kept my spirits up. I couldn’t have endured recovery from hip replacement surgery without Comfort Keepers.

With my wife undergoing two major back surgeries within a week in [date removed], I contacted Comfort Keepers of Memphis. They provided attentive and caring ladies for 12 hour shifts while she was in the hospital. They were always on time and saw to it that my wife was never lacking for whatever she needed. After she went home, I also used them until she could do things on her own. The communication with the owners and the scheduling staff and the service from everyone involved was excellent. Coming from a real estate sales and service background, this is how things should be done!

I have worked with [name removed] with Comfort Keepers for several years now and I continue to be impressed with how fast they are to respond to a call about a family I need help with... we are so blessed to have them on our list of first folks to call when my families need support at home or here at our community ! I have had the pleasure of observing the work of [two caregivers]. It was very apparent when visiting the individual they were caring for that their relationship was professional and warm, and their work efficient and helpful. Great demonstration of how this service helps folks maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Thank you so much for the assistance you gave us. We were at the end of our rope and didn't know who to turn to. We knew Dad didn't want to go to a nursing home, but we couldn't stay with him 24/7 and carry on with our lives. I was going to quit my job so I could stay with him when Comfort Keepers came into our lives. You were a Godsend.

I had used this service for in home care for my husband. The staff from this service was very good. We liked that they were helpful in getting us, someone. The caretaker that we had was nice, but they had forgotten do things that were required at the grocery store. We are not longer needed in home care. We would suggest that families make sure that the caretakers know that there is the thing that is required for the position for someone needing good in-home care for a loved one.

The caregiver that comes to the house is excellent! She is so wonderful with helping my father in any way that he needs. She cooks very good meals for him, and she makes sure to communicate with him and the rest of the family. It was such a relief to find her after having some difficulty finding a home caregiver.We have no complaints about this home care service!

Everything is going just fine with this home care service. The caregiver that comes to the house arrives on time and gives my loved one the care that he needs. I am happy with the service.

This service goes above and beyond. The care taker is amazing. She helps with errans, the house keeping. and the cooking and shopping.She is reliable and caring. The care taker has a good sence of my needs. I find her to be pleasant, she is more like family then someone who who comes to my home to help me with my needs. I appreciate all the services that are provided in my home. The caregivers are on top of things. They are doing their job. They show up on time. I appreciate being able to bathe again! The caregivers are well trained. They have been able to do the things I need them to. They are knowledgeable when I ask them a question. I think the caregivers are compassionate because of the way they listen. The overall quality of the service has been very good. The caregivers come when I expect them to. The agency is very good at communicating with me. I have confidence in the office staff. They have the answers that I need. I am very satisfied.

Comfort Keeper caregiver was a wonderful person, who took care of my mother as if she was her own mother. Very Satisfied with this company!

Comfort Keepers caregivers really helped my uncle after my aunt died. He was so reliant on her for everything, that when she passed, he was lost. Kelly, the CNA, was excellent with him. He also recently passed, but he was happy and well-taken care of by this wonderful young lady. Thank you Comfort Keepers!!
