Hoover Oaks Memory Care and Assisted Living

I moved my mom here because the other place was a disaster and she was dying there. Hoover is amazing in every way . It’s clean , the staff is incredible, the residents are so well taken care , the food is amazing , the attention to the residents is like nothing I have ever seen, and you can tell it’s ran right . They understand the residents needs and how important a schedule is for them. They do everything to make sure they are clean and their rooms are clean and diapers are changed and the environment is peaceful and the staff is happy around them and everyone feels safe there . Medications are given on time and these residents are a priority. My mom was malnourished and dehydrated when she got there. Now she doesn’t even look she same . All it took was good care and Hoover has it !! I consider it to be the best in Houston !

Nice, clean and affordable assisted living. The staffs were excellent and the residents seem very happy. I will recommend this facility for any family looking for a place for their love one. A lot of individual private rooms.

You will not be able to find a facility with a more caring staff than Hoover Oaks! The manager, [name removed], ensures all residents receive the best care as if each resident is family. She took care of my father for over two years and I know she loved him as much as I did and cared for him as if he was her father. She assisted in coordinating medication reviews, setting up hospice services and any other outside care as needed. She was proactive and informed us immediately when any issues came up. Originally my dad was with [name removed] at another facility and the minute I knew she was transferring to Hoover Oaks I knew without a doubt my dad would go with her.

I am very pleased with all aspects of Hoover Oaks. The Director and attendants are capable, efficient, and compassionate. Meals are homemade and nutritious and the facility and mom are always clean.

Everyone working in this facility is caring, friendly, and welcoming to me. They care in all ways for my mother. I'm extremely grateful. Location is perfect for my family.
