I thought Ashford Parkside was quite attractive and well-maintained. They do have a good staff here, and they have done a good job fulfilling their duties. It is a lovely and orderly neighborhood. All of the activities they provide are listed on their calendar. I would heartily recommend this community because it was suggested to us by a friend when we were looking for a place for dad. However, due to the location, we ultimately decide to use other facilities at [removed]. I still think highly of this neighborhood.

Ashford Parkside has exceeded my expectations. The facilities are excellent and extremely well maintained. The complex is a warm, multicultural community where anyone and everyone can feel comfortable. The major factor in making Ashford Parkside a great place to live is it's staff. [Removed] who is in charge of the property runs a tight, friendly ship. She balances strong and firm management skills with compassion and understanding for the residents. Her staff, and I wish I had the space to name all of them from maintenance, Dwight to [Removed], janitorial engineering are approachable and efficient. The front desk staff are always eager to assistant you with serious or even barely consequential matters. The neighborhood is warm and friendly and there are supermarkets in walking distance. The facility is safe and secure and I have no fear or security anxiety.

My mother is doing fairly well here at this community. They do have a good staff here, they have been good to work with. It is a nice and clean community. They have a calendar with all the activities they offer. Overall I know she is safe and in a good area. I would highly recommend this community.

I chose Ashford Parkside because it was a good fit for what I were looking for. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which has a small kitchen and a washer/dryer hookup. If you do not want to buy your own washer and dryer you can also use the community laundry room that is located on my level. I am on the second level but it also happens to be the street level so there is no climbing of stair for me. The staff is really friendly although I do not get to see them too much because I am still working. Tara was the staff member that gave me my tour and she was just wonderful. She gave me the first impression of Ashford and it was a great one.

Great location for seniors! Lots of shopping and restaurants. The community grounds appear to be well kept and safe. No wonder they have a 2 year waiting list.

It's been very good so far. It's very convenient with everything nearby. The people have been very helpful. The maintenance guy has been very helpful. It's also affordable. Some things could be a little more accessible. A few touches to make this more handicap accessible would make it a five.

The people that work there are not friendly and not very helpful. They actually act like they are getting paid to be rude. They never smile or act welcoming if one has to interact with them. Zero personality in my opinion to be working with seniors. Seniors are required to walk up a complete flight of stairs to throw trash down a chute those living on the T level. Most notices are left outside doors at the last minute. I think if people work with the public their attitude should be friendly. Maintenance is slow and zero follow up the guy they send looks like he's on drugs. I believe service should always be given with a smile.
