Kind Hearts Home Assisted Living

I have cared for my mother for many years and deciding to move her to an assisted living is not easy. This facility made us feel welcome and helped us throughout the process. The facility is clean, organized and they have wonderful staff. They provide really great care. I am peaceful to find this facility and called it my mother’s her second home.

While my husband was there we believed the staff took very good care of him. He was bedridden so he was not able to participate in the activities. He also did not eat, but the staff were very accommodating when it came to making food he likes to encourage him to eat which we appreciated. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

We have had an amazing experience with Kind Hearts Home Assisted Living. The staff here are so wonderful and caring. The home itself is so clean. It is just a wonderful place and we have 0 complaints.

Very close to where I live. All level floor house with wonderful caregivers. Very clean and it is just perfect for my mom.

Very impressed with this home. It's well-kept and very clean. The soda is very comfortable and I appreciate that it reclines and I can elevate my legs. The neighborhood is also very homely and quiet. Good spot, close to BWMC which is great.

Perfect fit for our Mother! Warm, welcoming atmosphere, very clean and organized. Very pleased with [name removed]'s certifications and the staff are very attentive!

My only down was please have clients read contract thoroughly- we were charged [fee removed] as a move in fee which was never explained to us-that was on top of 1st month's rent. However, pharmacy that delivered to home was a plus- one less worry- not a bad experience but pricey

Facility was small, staff was very nice and seemed well trained and caring. Only drawback was they are only capable of level 3 care so if we needed extra care they were not able to take our loved one.

I chose this community because of the location. We had an issue with the staff, the main caregiver had a young child and the young child was with her the whole time so it distracted her from the residents. My friend had not been bathed in 3 weeks, I called and I asked if he could be bathed before coming home and was told to come pick him up that day. There were no activities.

The director sold us a bill of services that wasn't good. The director only deals with the business part and not the nursing part. [Name Removed} was very nice and sweet to our loved one and the family. The community never attempted to do anything with my loved one for activities. Don't send your loved one here, no matter what!
