I've lived at Sage Meadow for 3 years now. It's always kept very clean, which I appreciate. The staff are friendly and nice to us and I enjoy knowing the other residents that live here.

I've lived here 2.5 years and I like the people, my apartment size and all of the activities they have for us.

I have lived at Sage Meadow for 12 years and find it to be a very peaceful and welcoming place to live at. The staff are always very kind and helpful to the residents here.

I am definitely new to touring and assessing assisted living facilities, but Sage Meadow was a great entree to this new adventure. The staff could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The facility was clean and looked to be well-equipped for this vulnerable population. The staff did a wonderful job of answering my questions and guiding me in this new endeavor.

My Mother has been a resident of Sage Meadow of Lake Geneva for about 8 months. She speaks very highly of the staff and how hard they work. The Facility is very clean and the meals are excellent. She loves her room and the views of the grounds.

A very clean and welcoming facility all furniture, pictures and paint has been recently updated. All on one floor which is nice for residence large wide hallways.

When it was time for our mom to need more help by going to a home, we took her to several places. After all, we wanted her to pick the place she would feel comfortable in. She chose Sage Meadow on Kingswood. Best decision ever. Mom was very comfortable there--loved the staff & activities & they loved her back. Care & help was available for all residents 24/7. Mom had a friend right away as she also lived there & recommending to other family & friends, all of a sudden it seemed like "family" all around. When she suddenly decided it was her time to go, she went with grace & the support of all the staff & the outside services also provided. Sage had a most beautiful memorial for her & the residents & family really had a chance to feel comfort & blessed. I hope Sage is not in the near future for me but when that time comes, I will stay there. Such a great place.

We were searching for a facility where mom and dad could stay together. We were very happy with the Sage staff we met and the facility. While we chose a different facility, our final decision was based on travel distance for family members to travel to visit and attend to any other needs for mom and dad. The quality of both facilities was very good. If we have a need to change we will certainly have Sage Meadow on the top of our list.

The staff members are a 5 plus, they are so friendly and we are getting ready to move our loved one in and she is really looking forward to the arts and crafts. Before we even toured this community we wanted her to go there, it just seemed really nice.

I was trying to find a place for my father. Sage Meadows was super helpful. They were in constant contact with me. The facility is clean and inviting. My dad was in and out of the hospital, and Sage Meadows was very accommodating of this. I received encouraging texts and updates. Unfortunately, my dad's health deteriorated to the point where he needed more care. Regardless, Sage Meadow was professional and courteous the whole time. I wish my dad could've lived there.

I would move in here myself. The staff members were very attentive and always there for her with her health problems. They always called family right away with any questions or concerns and were just very on top of it. She raved about the nurses, she loved them and they loved her. They have family counseling, so we were able to go in and have consults with the staff about her health and how she was doing and they took their time with us. We were so happy we chose Lakewood Assisted Living and Memory Care. I would highly recommend this facility to others who are looking, the rooms are very nice size and you are able to personalize them. It did not feel institutional at all.

It appears a little dated due to the furniture and décor when you go in. The staff are friendly and wonderful to work with. They are willing to call with any questions or concerns of our loved one. They have allowed us to see our loved one due to my loved one declining in health, as often as we like.

The visit went well. The facilities are beautiful. They offer a good variety of services/activities for the residents. If he would start in assisted living, he would have a life alert like necklace w/GPS. We could have his medications monitored and he would have meals and housekeeping provided. They require a year long lease but it can be terminated with a longer notice. The drawback is it is a very large facility and I wonder if my Dad would get lost, going down for meals and such.

The staff takes such good care of my Mom.(And all the resident's) Communication is good when she needs something they let me know.

When you walk into Lakewood, it really seems like a hotel, not a facility. The staff has been exceptional, they are very friendly and helpful. We have had an amazing experience here, it has been a dream for our family. Her room is perfect for her needs, although she is not in it a lot they keep residents busy. They have an amazing chef on site here, the quality and taste of the meals are amazing. I would tell others to look at others places and then come here last, then you will see how amazing it is.

I toured 5 places before and I chose Lakewood Alzheimer's Special Care because they have a one level of care, but they only have 2 cost changes depending on what you need. It is also a great value for what you are getting. They send out a calendar of activities of everything going on inside of the facility, they have something going on all day long every day of the week so residents will never get bored. Another nice thing they have is a website you can log into and you can see the latest photos of your loved ones and see what kinds of things they are doing since we are not able to go inside and see for ourselves. The staff members here have been very forthcoming and helpful especially during this difficult time. I would absolutely recommend this facility especially if you are looking for specialty care, they are only focused on Alzheimer's care. I cannot say enough good things about Lakewood.

I have placed my husband, [name removed], in the Lakewood Alzheimers Special Care center in Brookfield, Wisconsin on [date removed]. I have been so pleased with the care that all the caregivers exhibit with all the residents. This place is awesome! Everyone is trained with dementia and alzheimers patients and that is exhibited in the care they give. I feel so lucky to have found this place after looking at many, many facilities. I just wanted my husband to feel loved and this place goes above and beyond that to make the residents feel this way! I can't say enough about the care and the cleanliness and beauty of this facility. Not to mention that the food is fantastic too. I have absolutely no compliants and feel blessed to have my husband here!!

I thought Sage Meadow was beautiful, and their activity program for January looks wonderful and like they keep the residents busy. The guide, [name removed], was very helpful, and even though I am just beginning this adventure, I'm glad I visited.

This quiet community was nestled beneath a large oak tree which is visible from dining room windows - providing a nice view while they eat. We want to thank the staff for a lovely tour and their time on Saturday with us. The menu for the day looked yummy. the rooms were a nice size!

Artisan was a nice facility. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I am considering this as an option, but need to consult with my siblings. My mother's condition changed a couple of days ago. She actually got up from the commode with her walker and put herself in her bed. I was amazed to hear this. I hope she is regaining strength. [Name removed] is dedicated to providing the best care possible and seems truly invested in the health and well being of residents and staff.
