This is a very nice facility that I would be proud to live in. The various floor plans cover all sizes. Two car or single car garages, etc. The staff was friendly and everything was extremely clean. I was impressed.

It's good. It's an independent living rental and you really have to be independent to live here. The're one story, little 4-plex cottages that are a pretty good size. They have a little yard and a lot of the people here take care of their own yard. You have to have a certain income to be able to rent here. The cost covers rent, sewer and garbage and basic cable. I think everyone upgrades the cable a little bit though. If you qualify, it's a wonderful place to be! Some people have lived here for 7 or 8 years. It's a nice place to live and everyone is so friendly. It's right across from the hospital and doctors. It's very convenient to a lot of things. There is a bus stop maybe a block and half down the road. They have maintenance but no meals or anything like that. It's not a place where a family would want to put there mom and dad if they need any care. It's just like a regular apartment but it's seniors only which makes it nice.

Peach creek has a good location. However, it is overpriced and keeps going up about every two years. Constant moving in and out of people, limited parking especially on the hill. The connecting walls are not very soundproof.Constant change over of staff. Maintenance should be there 5 days instead of only 2 to 3. Im glad I dont live there anymore and I would NOT recommend it.
