My dad had been in and out of the hospital for over 2 1/2 months due to complications from congestive heart failure. After the 3rd hospital stay we tried Cape May in Wilmington. The care received was exceptional and the made great stride and they helped improve his quality of life! We can't thank the staff enough.

The grounds here are beautiful and there is a wooden walkway down toward Swan Creek that is wonderful for people to walk on where they may see deer, turkeys and other wildlife and there is also a large deck where we have outside parties and programs and it also looks down over Swan Creek. Every week the bus drives us to appointments, grocery shopping, and monthly outings to shopping at various places, breakfast, lunch and dinner out. We have a beautiful chapel used by all Christian denominations and a Chaplain who presides over a Protestant service on Sundays at 2:30 as well as all his other Chaplain duties. Catholic services are also held every week. All in all it really is a great place to live and enjoy our senior years.

Cape May is structured to help you with the many bureaucracies you will face with elder care. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The staff maintain a safe secure, and clean facility. Their meals were good and addressed the special needs of the patient. Although my mother did not take part in the activities there are many to choose from. Overall this is the facility to use locally.

Everything went well

We had two issues with living here and bottle of there were taken care of in a short time. The staff listened to the residents' concern and improved the situation.

Truly an Assisted Living organization. When I first came here, I was totally cared for. I have advanced to almost independence but still know that just a punch of The button and help will come.

Was welcomed by everyone at the interview. Everyone very helpful and informative. Answered all questions clearly.

Staff, nurses, Dr. & aids - couldn't ask for better treatment of my father. Only issue I have is THE activities for the blind to help them be active was lacking. Would return if needed.

Cape May is the best place I have ever gone to for rehab. The staff are professinal and very caring. I thought I would never walk again when I first came. But therapy assured me that I would before I left and I am better than ever.

I worked mostly with [name removed] and she was absolutely wonderful. Also, your main receptionist was always efficient, warm and friendly. We chose this facility because of the ability for resident to stay there even if money ran out. Also liked the Christian basis upon which things were managed.

Been here about one month. Really enjoying the friendliness of staff & neighbors. Wonderful community atmosphere.

This is a beautiful well kept facility. The staff are always helpful, pleasant, & encouraging. I feel this is a safe & secure place for my mother.

Everyone that I came in contact with during my mothers time at Cap May, showed compassion and kindness. Excellent care, excellent staff. Excellent facilities!

I've lived here now for 5 years and it's been a great experience. I love my apartment and the staff but most of all, I love the people here. This is an educated community where people are able to have actual conversations rather than looking at their phones all of the time (sometimes it's a real pleasure being older!)We are right in the downtown area and can walk to many places including the short north and the north market (fresh bread, wonderful cheeses). We also have a shuttle bus with a wonderful driver. [name removed] takes us on trips around central Ohio. We've just had our fall arts and crafts sale and will begin preparations for the short north yard sale in June. How wonderful it is to participate in all of the activities that are available within our community and in the surrounding area. Don't know when I ever found time to work!

Our new resident experience was smooth and pleasant. Our villa was ready on time and beautifully decorated. The maintenance staff was helpful with the few issues we had with the move

I came to the area to visit. While visiting I took a tour of the facility. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They introduced some of the residents by first names that were in the community areas and they all spoke highly of the facility. I was impressed by the first name basis on both sides. There were activities going on and the residents and staff were engaging and seemed to be enjoying the activities. The facilities were very clean and had an inviting feel. I was expecting a cold and sterile environment but was met with a friendly and homey atmosphere. Thank you for the pleasant and educational tour.

Mom has now passed, but dad is still a resident at Mount Pleasant. They have both been welcomed and enjoy the experience of a community of fellow members. Their care has been exceptional and we are completely satisfied.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to help with any problem. I don't like to miss baseball and football games.
