This was a horrible experience for me and my family. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My dad ended up passing in their care from Severe Dehydration! I tried to work with their leadership team to provide feedback and "make things right" but they had no interest in doing this for our family. All we wanted was part of our fees returned for the lack of care we received, but they refused to work with us. Do not ever consider Orion Oaks for your loved ones !! My dad was doing great before he enter Orion Oaks and a few weeks later he was gone !
