I was very pleased with the rehab. I think the doctor should come in and talk to me and the nurse supervisor should come! When somebody has an acute problem, somebody should be there.

My loved one says the meals are excellent! He is really enjoying them.

The staff is very friendly and the meals have been good!

Everyone is really friendly. My loved one says that he doesn't like any of the meals but he sure is eating them! The communication is pretty good.

It's very clean. My mom likes the food. They do let me know, but there are times when we weren't communicating very well. My mom has an issue with her call light being answered in a timely manner.

I thought the physical therapy was very good. It was good, but I think they had only one nurse and one aide on the floor. The aides were good. They were very friendly. It was very clean. It was very nice and very comfortable. The communication was good.

My loved one loved it here! He has improved a lot with the therapy!

Everything was good, but the nurses are slow at responding to call lights.

It's mostly been good for my loved one. The facility is clean. I think the nursing care is okay. They gave her medications in the morning instead of before bed and so I had to talk to them to get that fixed.

My mom says the meals are pretty good. The rehab is pretty decent and that is why we chose this facility. The nursing care is good. It is pretty clean but there is an odor. They are a little understaffed. I have not had an update since she has been there. She is coherent and that is probably why I have not gotten any but they answer my questions.

It has been really good for my loved one. The therapists are very thorough and engage with the patient well. The staff is very helpful and I had a great experience with all the staff I have dealt with. It is very clean there and the food seemed good. The communication is a hit or miss. When something is happening they are very quick to call and let me know what is happening. But now there are no regular updates.

It has been a very good experience at Phoebe Richland. My only request is to just make sure the patients are always hydrated.

The head nurse is really in tune with my loved one and she also remembered when his sister was there. She remembered her name from ten years ago. It is very clean. The facility is not shiny and new but the staff makes up for it with an extraordinary human touch. He is eating the meals with no complaints. They are very consistent with updates on communication with families. Any time I called there with a question they were able to answer my questions or get me to the right person to help me.

The rehab therapy services have been pretty good. The staff has been really nice towards my loved one. The building is always clean when I visit and she has enjoyed the meals so far. My loved one has mentioned that when she presses her call light the staff takes a long time to respond. Some staff are great about coming quickly and others are not. In terms of communication, the caseworker just called me today but other than that they have really not reached out to me.

They have been good about communicating. The therapist I talked to said my loved one seems to be doing pretty well. The staff is good and friendly. It looks very clean and the meals aren't' bad. They're understaffed but everybody I have talked to all seems to take their job seriously and do the best they can. There are a few problems here and there, but the nurses that I have talked to seem to be as concerned as they can be.

From what I have seen it looks very good. From what I could see everyone was pleasant, the building is clean and everything seems organized. All she ever says is that she is not hungry. I would recommend the facility especially if they are in the area. I have not heard too much from the facility up until this point. I would have preferred a little more communication.

I didn't have any issue with the nurses. They were fine. I think it's clean. I really haven't had much communication. I put clothes out every night for him the next day, and I came at lunchtime and he still had his pajamas on.

The aides are very compassionate when they come to help him. They have been good talking with me and he has not said anything negative. The only issue is that he had to wait for help. It is very clean. He said the food is very good with no complaints. So far they have been good and they stop to talk with me when I am here. They go over things with me. The lady at the front desk who schedules all of the appointments explained things. The physical therapy went over everything yesterday. She went over safety things for at home. She is really good.
