Our family had an in person tour and from what we saw on the tour and the staff we interacted with it was a good experience

The community was good just not what we were looking for my loved one. They had a good tour.

A recent family situation has shown me know how supportive both the staff and many of the residents are. Also we are afforded multiple opportunities for shopping at various stores. Good entertainment is part of the program also.

I would highly recommend taking a look at this community for your loved one. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

This feels like a hotel; the 24-hour staff is a "concierge" rather than a nurse. There are a lot of places to go within the 2 building campus, connected by an underground tunnel with a plant filled atrium. There is a restaurant and solid activities - just need to think about if you need care. It might be that a senior moves here and sees all the activity and begins to thrive, delaying care. Definitely in the running for us.

I chose Rosepiointe because I liked the location and I did the site tour and they had the exact sized unit I wanted when I needed it. The apartment I have is one of the largest and it is very nice, plenty of room with a nice kitchen and big windows so there is a lot of natural light that comes in. They do very good with the soups and deserts, but I think they could have a little more variety on the menu. I would recommend to others looking.

The property is nice, and there are some very good workers there, but others in management just do not treat the residents with respect. The food is very high in salt and the activities have all still been shut down. However we do think the value for cost is a good price.

We chose Rosepointe 1 because it was the perfect blend of what we were looking for, she didn't want 24/7 meals plans and there were just the right amount of amenities for the price. I have only been in her apartment a few times but she has a 1 bedroom 2 bath and it is good size for her. I would probably give all the ratings a 5 but since the pandemic she hasn't been able to experience everything. My mother says that most meals served she is very happy with. She is not happy that family is not able to come and visit because they are calling them senior apartments but treating it as assisted living and not letting visitors in her own apartment. They are letting you do 45 minute appointments in a small room and they watch you through a window. Overall it is a beautiful facility.

My mom has been very impressed so far with the value for the money. They are very nice apartments with a full kitchen so she can cook food whenever she wants. She has been very happy with the food here though. They do a good job keeping their residents safe from the virus, through covid they have been very diligent with their safety measures.

Very nice community and my tour guide, [Removed], was the best. She took us on a great tour and showed us all of the important areas and explained everything. The apartments she showed were a little in need of some love, but overall very nice. I would live there, I just found a place I liked better.

I moved into RidgePoint recently, and one thing that has amazed me is that both the other residents and staff are so friendly and happy to see you. The weekday staff are very knowledgeable, but I have found the weekend staff to be less helpful. The food can be hit or miss. They offer three paid meals each month as part of rent and some meals are quite good, while others, I would not feed to a dog. The cleaning staff keeps the community as a whole very tidy, but they seem to be less thorough in the apartments. I've also found that the appliances in the apartments seem mismatched and outdated, and that it can be difficult to get any kind of support for when I'm ill, etc. I will say that they have many activity programs here, and I'm looking forward to gardening in the spring. While some things here could use improvement, on the whole, I have been delighting the safety and security of RidgePoint. All in all, I feel they have done a good job.

The staff is very friendly and they seem to communicate well which I think it the most important. I have no complaints so far ever since my loved ones moved in recently. My loved ones have told me that the food is good and their menu changes daily. They have events and activities every so often. They just had a Halloween party and they have Birthday Months celebration. I recommend this community to others looking for a place for their beloveds.

An excellent place to move to. The staff is very friendly & willing to assist. The residents are friendly, sociable, and willing also to assure your stay at RosePointe is also what you're expected. The white table cloth evening dining is a evening highlight that results in a sociable evening.

ROSEPOINTE is a very friendly and welcoming community. There are many places for residents to gather - for games, for conversation, and just being together. The free coffee service facilities much of our interacting with other residents. The setting and location is away from the traffic, and the "woods" and pond, and wildlife encourage us to be outdoors.

My mom is settling in well here, the community is very nice and clean and it is pet-friendly as well. My mom enjoys going to the dining room and visiting with the other residents, and she has taken a few of the field trips out and about and to church. Mom is also starting to be a part of some of the activities they offer as well.

My tour of this community went well, and everyone was very kind, and friendly. The community appeared to be well maintained from what I saw. They have good activities, and nice meals available. It was a pleasant experience.

Fabulous place with so many ameneties but too far away from the metroplex for me at this time....maybe later.

I think he's really happy there. I think they are doing a good job. I think the only thing is that he doesn't see as many people as he thought he would, maybe it's the winter. He sees a lot of the same people all the time. He likes the heated underground parking. He says the food is very good, and he is an extremely picky eater. Sometimes the elevator sensors don't automatically stop the doors from shutting, and having some automatic doors on some of the heavier doors, would be nice. For all the amenities, they have it's very reasonable.

We are very pleased. They are very clean and the staff is friendly. We chose them based on the Atrium they had, if you took two eight story buildings with an underground tunnel and that has a centerpiece with a glass ceiling, and feels very much like being in a garden, but has a controlled environment and temperature.
