Preferred Care at Home

Very satisfied with the care we're receiving for my mother in law. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.

The caregivers that come out to the house are always on time. They are friendly and help take care of my wife's needs. They also offer companionship. The process of setting up the care was made easy by the office staff. They explained everything to us.

The first initial consultation was very good. Dan, the guy we met with, really knew a lot about the field that he's working with and was really good talking with my parents. They had really great communication all throughout. It;'s been a really good experience.

The care giver is very responsible caring and very attentive to my mothers needs.

The structure is a bit outdated but well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Other residents are friendly and manner able.

There were a few workers that were sent to us and one of the main things we needed was someone to cook and provide healthy options but there were periods that we had workers that could not prepare meals. They tried very hard to try to accommodate us and did all that they could. They even advertised for us specifically to make sure that our needs were met. The patient service coordinator really heard our needs and made sure that she responded in a timely manner and resolved our issues. She was just really patient with my loved one. The new worker that we have now has been there for a few weeks and we feel like she is a really good match. One of the workers even took my loved one to his appointments at the doctor and would face time me so that I could be there with my loved one. It makes a difference when they take that extra step to keep us as involved as possible.

I would tell others that they are professional and a very good company. There is daily care for our loved one they are providing for us and compaionship for my loved one.

When I first contacted them, they got me a caregiver within 2 weeks to take the night shift 6 days a week. But they were never able to get me any more help simply because they didn't have any more help to give. The girl they sent me is wonderful and has been a pot of gold. She's very knowledgeable and able to handle my husband. They sent me somebody fantastic but couldn't provide all the help we needed, so we had to go somewhere else. I know it's not their fault they can't get enough staff - that's just the state of the country's employment right now.

There have been a few bumps in the road but they have all been resolved promptly. Overall they care and try to find quality people to care for my loved one. When we did have a problem I really liked how it was handled it was really professional. The majority of caregivers we have received are better than other agencies. We would like a permanent person but the agency states they are trying to get someone secured. I pay more for them but so far it seems worth it.

We told them when we had caregivers that were not the right fit and they would work with us and replace them right away. I think everyone is having a hard time finding caregivers because of the risk of not being able to see their loved ones if you put them in a facility, so we did have some scheduling gaps. The people that we worked with were honest and transparent on what they were up against and they took care of my mom. I was thankful they were there to help navigate us through the process, they had a lot of heart.

PCH provided home care to my mother for months. Agency always attempted to provide certified aides who were responsible and concerned care-givers. Personnel turnover and consistency was sometimes a problem.

I am happy with the care that has been provided to my loved one from this company. They have been helpful and professional every time a caregiver comes to visit for our appointment. They have been on time and very organized which is a huge positive in my eyes. I would defiantly recommend there services to anyone looking into a home health care company.

My mother really likes the caregiver that goes to her home. She is on time and helps with what is necessary. The problems we have had is that for one, the caregiver leaves doors unlocked when she leaves and that is very concerning. Also, we have yet ton receive a bill from them and we have been using them for almost 2 months.

My mom is not using the agency's help any longer. She had several, different caretakers over the weeks she had them. Out of the 5 caretakers, she liked 2 or 3. They others lacked the effort. She was feeling better and didn't need their help. I would recommend them but one would have to be very vocal and call the agency immediately if they do not like the person they send.

My brother is recovering since having their caregivers come into the home. The care providers are courteous and easy to communicate with. They also have reasonable prices for their services.

I am pleased with how helpful the caregivers have been to me and how they have really taken the time to get to know me. They are always on time to our appointments and make sure to keep in good contact with me about any changes are updates. I am overall very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking in need of home health care.

We had a good experience with this home care agency. I use them when I go out of town. They do a good job with caring for my mother and her needs. I would use this home care agency again if needed.
